We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceCheck in was getting to be tricky. Read everything carefully. Also, somewhat the location of the breakfast room evaded me until I saw sign, by chance. It would be really useful to include this information in the room, along with the TV guide. The bed wasn't quite comfortable enough so while I booked an overnight stay to avoid an early morning, I still have an early morning! Such is life. Breakfast was severely limited for choice.
This place is functional. It's clean and has all that you need in providing a clean bad and shower to use. As a Brit I was pleased to see the UK channels on the TV. Not always a given even in more expensive hotels.

United KingdomThe location is 10-15 minutes walk to the downtown (Cathedral and lake area), which is great, but the hotel is just next to the highway, which makes it quite noisy. The breakfast is very simple, bread and tiny croissants, cold cuts (only ham and cheese), mermelade, cream cheese, yoghurt, orange juice, tea and a coffee machine.
The room was very spacious and clean. The pictures of the rooms are accurate, and my room looked exactly the same as the published pictures except for the decoration, my room had no picture/painting above the bed.

United KingdomCheck-in machine wasn’t working properly. We tried 3 different cards until finally a 4th card worked. Our other cards were working with no problems before and also after we stayed at the hotel so clearly there is a problem with the machine which delayed our check-in and made the process quite frustrating.
Good price, clean and comfortable, free underground parking and inclusive breakfast.
