Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. NetherlandsWe were a bit confused as we expected an "apartment", so with separate bedroom, but it is essentially just a single large hotel room, so kids sleep in the same room as parents if you are travelling as a family.

Electric car charging point with parking space was a real plus along with proximity to number 14 tram stop, mini bar, ample breakfast choice and warm reception staff

United KingdomHere is what we did not like; 1. Pricing - In general the prices are too high for what is offered 2. Laundry service is priced per item but not equally! A pair of men's socks CHF 7.50 but, women's socks CHF 5.50? What is the difference? All for equality now days but this seems unfair and that's just 1 example of the laundry pricing 3. Room service is very poor from a dust perspective. The layout and setup was brilliant but, the cleaners mop the floor only and do not dust or sweep the dust from the floors but, instead sweep the dust and dirt under the beds. This might warrant a random check from management!! 4. The bathroom door handles are loose 5. The shower doors do not close but instead stay open about 1/2"... Not sure if this is part of the design 6. The extractor fan in the bathroom is too noisy and does not switch off. They stay on until around midnight 7. The rooms are far too hot and the Aircon function just about works 8. Some kind of grease marks on the top 2 layers of tiles around the bathroom 9. Pillows are the most uncomfortable things I have ever experienced. So flat and horrible 10. The noise from the main road is quite penetrating. All we could hear was sirens from emergency vehicles throughout the day and night 11. Housekeeping is quite noisy in the mornings outside the door banging and crashing even when we have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door 12. No mini fridge or cutlery and the coffee and teas are not replenished in the room 13. Kettle takes literally 5 minutes to boil 14. TV is mostly in German/French with no options for English speaking channels or, at the very least English subtitles 15. The window when it is open does not stay open but, instead it closes itself and no airflow into the room can be generated 16. The elevator doors open and close 2 times before the elevator gets going 17. Room controls are off white. More yellow which are definitely aged considering the paint on the walls is white 18.
Here is what we did like; 1. Staff - Very polite and helpful 2. Decor 3. The mattress was incredibly comfortable 4. Lighting and ambience in the lobby and room was nice 5. Heated lamp in the bathroom

SwitzerlandLack of cleanliness in room, shower w permant stains, sticky surfaces on desk and bedside, dustballs under chair… overall not at all meeting 4star standards. Breakfast atmosphere made us cancel the prebooked second arrangement for next day. staff exchaning among each ohter that “it’s only another half an hour to go”. we arrived at 09:30 on the 31. december.. i.e, festive season… at 10:00 sharp the “kitchen brigade” arrived fully equipped with trolleys to clear the entire buffets within minutes… the cleaning program of the coffee machine was started - loud and with an awfull smell… etc etc. simply not acceptable.

PolandThe hotel is located about a 20–25 minute walk from the city center, with bus and tram stops conveniently nearby. The room was small. The bathroom needs some updates. It was very hot, and opening the window at night was not an option due to noise from outside. The breakfast was fine, though quite simple. The staff were friendly, and it was a nice touch to have two bottles of water provided. However, it would be better if the shower gel and shampoo were provided separately, not 3 in 1.

GreeceI did not like the room. Very small. The bathroom needs renovation for sure. The last night there was weird a smell coming from the bathroom although it was very clean. I did not like that there was only one shampoo together with body wash , half empty bottle when we arrived . I liked that the products were “ Rituals” as it is one of my favourite brands but both the shampoo and body wash and the hand wash was half emptied! I asked the reception and they brought me two small samples. However it is not very good for a four star hotel to have a first impression like this. Also, there was no fridge in the room (?). The room costed 150 euros at night I have never stayed in a four star hotel at that price that it will not have a fridge . I asked again at the reception and they told me that this room does not have a fridge - if I upgraded the room it would have one and that I can leave some things to their fridge if I would like. I find it awkward and quite unfair for a room at this price to not have a fridge. The bed was okay. The smallest we slept during our 8 days trip. It was not a very pleasant stay in the room. I booked the hotel thinking that it is a good price for Switzerland and the room seemed fine in the pictures. I was not happy with the room. Also they did not have slippers for the guests. The reception was always friendly and nice. However, They had no idea of how to help with the moving with public transport they just give you a map. The parking also costs 25 euros a day and you cannot take out your car whenever you like. Quite inconvenient I would say. At least it has space around the hotel so you can park with half money per day on the street. The area was close to the city centre. Not crowded. We stayed during Christmas so it was free parking on the street.
The breakfast was perfect. Always fresh and with a good variety of products. The stuff was also very kind during breakfast at the restaurant. All of them. The reception was nice , beautiful design and the location of the hotel was good and easy to access to the city centre.
