the location is far from the town center. There is no parking available except for the indoor and expensive parking (20 CHF for one night)

It took a bit of time to check-in (10min) as there were two guests ahead who had not done the online pre check-in and there's only one registration desk. The window lets in the light in the morning as there aren't blackout curtains. I haven't been able to charge the car downstairs despite being a user of swisscharge.

There's nothing else like this at this price point in that region. A new building, with underground parking included, self check-in, queen size bed, complete bathroom, kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, nespresso machine, working desk. Quiet, comfortable, spotlessly clean, it's where I stay every week. There's apparently a gym and a movie room, but I haven't tried them.

The entry into the apartment. The iPad intake in the lobby requiring a passport should be done online or there should be a warning. The gym could also use some more equipment. At least heavier weights.

Far from Lucerne. You cannot check in before check in time. A little expensive ( 99 CHF for 1 night), although that is a common price to find in the area. Some blocks away from the supermarkets. The gym room has not enough equipment to be a gym.

Apartments are big and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and also common kitchen. You have big 360° common terrace. You have audio and cinema room, as well as a conference room to use. Easy self check in. Easy to arrive from train station.

all “Ariv” marked parking lots were taken, so we parked on the unmarked place. We tried to contact staff at 21:00 but no phone number worked. In the morning they responded that it was okay.

The automated checkin process was flawed as it kept saying room wasnt ready yet. They also had run out of key cards and we had to wait for over an hour for replacement cards to be brought in. Had to call the emergency helpline multiple times to sort the checkin process. If the experience had been better, i would probably stay here again.

Well sized room with great spacious shower, a lot of place to put your clothes and stuff, convenient desk, and fast internet. Also the possibility to be able to cook is great as well as the refrigerator. Also there is finally equipment in the fitness center!
