+ The hotel was ok in general: clean rooms, nice furniture, no complaints about facilities itself. + City transport card for the duration of stay was a nice bonus. + Location near central railway station is good in the sense that you can easily travel to airport. But the neighbourhood could’ve been more pleasant than here. - We arrived earlier and receptionist kindly offered us early check in for ‘just 50 euros extra’. The next person got the same offer with exactly the same words. It’s a normal practice I understand but you feel like a customer not like guest after that.

Some issues with lights not working and some of the cups weren’t clean but were resolved very quickly by staff :)

If you are a light sleeper, make sure you don’t get the room with the windows to the train tracks (which was my case). The staff was very understanding and kind, but the hotel was full. They suggested to relocate me to the room on the floor above, which I decided not to do as it would have been the same. So if you don’t care about the noise, it’s a great hotel.

Rooms are good and clean, comfy bed. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly.

The furniture was old in the room and did not fit the modern entrance. The mattreesses were not comfortable to sleep on they collapsed on the edges. The view of the backside is very dirty where the trains are. Not a good representation of Switzerland and Geneva. One expects more for the price you charge for the room. The breakfast had variety but quality was missing. The scrambled eggs tasted awful. And there were no hot vegetarian options.

It was in a great location. The reception staff was great. Shower was really good and water pressure and temperature was great.

Room was very well decorated and comfortable. Smelt fresh and clean. Location was perfect for train travel as it's about 250 metres from the Geneva Train Station. The breakfast was great because there was a nice variety.

Prime location, with easy access to everything. Lots of nice restaurants right next, tram station was outside the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure the stay was enjoyable.

We had front facing rooms and the windows were obviously not double glazed as the noise from outside (of the trams, traffic etc) came through quite loudly. There was no mirror on the desk for getting ready at which was a nuisance. We had an interconnecting room which was great, however the doors were really close together for the bedroom and bathroom, to the point you couldn’t open one without bashing the other and was really tight to get through which was really annoying as we wanted to keep the bedroom door open so we could access between the two rooms. The hotel would not be very good for disabled guests or anyone with accessibility issues as the lift was tiny (opened like a cupboard and held only 1 person and a suitcase) which could only be accessed by short stairs up to it. There was lots of stairs, as well as the tight entryways to the rooms. Would also be beneficial to have more plug sockets available as there weren’t any by the beds (for charging your phone). Bring an extension lead!

The hotel was only a 2 minute walk from the train station and had a few restaurants nearby. The tram was also just outside the hotel and the hotel itself was clean and the smell of the lobby was lovely.

Good location, a 4 minute walk from the train station. Rooms are quite big, with comfy beds. Big bathrooms and quite clean. Good choice for breakfast.

Simple breakfast with few options for the price charged. Bath items are provided in a "free sample" style and in small quantities for a couple. The day before check-out, they did not replace the bath items, they only changed the towels.

Convenient location to train station as we were leaving early the next morning. Only stayed about 12 hours so didn’t use any of the facilities. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly.
