Clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Although the hotel was not in the city centre, the tram was conveniently located directly outside which arrived every 7 minutes and took 10 minutes to get to the edge of the city centre. Easy.

AustraliaBreakfast was awful. They kept everything since early morning and many things were dried up. Below average service too. We added the breakfast at the last minute and had the worst one. We requested for a spare blanket and we have to go the front desk to collect it. Would have been nicer if they deliver this to our room. Nothing much around the hotel, which is okay.
Sarah the front desk staff was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained. There is a team station right opposite to the hotel.

The receptionist helped me bring the extra blanket because I want to use the sofabed (no additional charge). She also offered me a free ticket for the bus or tram. There was also a water dispenser near the elevator for drinking. Very good experience in this hotel.

GermanyUnfortunately, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning system in our room only. Since the temperature setting was stuck in cooling mode, it was limited to a maximum of 23 degrees and did not heat the room. Our children got cold, and I hope they won’t get sick.
Location and Breakfast are wonderful. Employees are so polite, friendly and helpful. We like so much.

IrelandThe food in the restaurant... Yikes. So much salad dressing on a salad that it was inedible. Wait staff didn't check in with our table until it was too late to try to remedy. And the restaurant is pricy enough for not great quality. We didn't eat there again.
Room was fine, and location is excellent. The front-desk staff were friendly and helpful and ordered us taxis.

The hotel is located 30 minutes walking distance from the city center, however there are tram and bus stations right across the street. If you stay in a hotel as a tourist you can acquire a free travel pass that allows you to use all kinds of public transport during your stay. I did not know that, but the very helpful receptionist informed me and helped to download necessary apps.

FranceThe elevators were a bit slow (eventually one has to wait a lot, and, more than once, we gave up on waiting and went down the stairs - but we were on the third floor). Sometimes the reception was a bit too full.
Th room was quite nice, modern and clean. The staff was quite welcoming and helped. The location, specially with the card to go around the city without having to pay, was great.
