There were a few things that needed some love - our umbrella out the front of our hut was broken and we kept putting it up so that we could keep our outdoor seating area dry but staff kept putting it down. The beds were also very noisy even with slight movement You also had to pay per 10 minutes of use for the kitchen facilities and cooking Overall these were minor issues though as the campsite was overall comfortable to come back to after a long day of hiking and had everything we needed

The campground is amazingly located in Lauterbrunnen a short distance from the train and many of the hiking trails The room was comfortable and the shop and reception were really helpful

I would only make note that you need to have exact change to use the hot plate to cook food. Make sure you have this before reception closes at 6pm.

With the shared toilets, other guests might affect one's experience negatively if they are not very hygienic and respectful in the common areas and facilities of the establishments.

Perfect location, just in front of Staubbachfall . We had a beautiful view of the waterfall from the window of our room. It has a very nice convenient store with everything that you might need and a common kitchen where you can cook your own food but if you don't want to, they also have a fantastic restaurant where you can enjoy a tasty Rösti and Swiss fondue! Staff is also very helpfull.

The cleanliness of the kitchen could be a bit better.

The cottage feel of the room, along with the overhead window with a view of the waterfall was amazing! The common washrooms were also clean, and in general, the surrounding area was great. The availability of a kitchen was also useful.

The kitchen area is nice. But so much old food in the refrigerator. No one label the food with date. It would be nice if rules about food without a date label would we wasted The one lady we talk to at the reception did not seem to be very helpful booking tickets. Another one was very helpful

If i have to search for something it would be that the 2 dryers were always in use when i wanted to use then.

Clean showers with good water pressure, fox cabin has very comfortable beds. Nice food at the restaurant.

Amazing place. Great location. The view is amazing. Close to the river. The rooms were fine and exactly how you'd expected them to be. They were very clean. The staff was friendly and gave us great suggestions. They had small market on place and offered everything you need (supplies, food, coffee, etc.). Even if there is a shared bathroom for several rooms, everything was very clean. We traveled to Germany and a bit of Switzerland with our teenage boys, and this was their favorite stay so far.

Couldn’t fault it!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and love it everytime. We stayed in a fox cabin and that was in such a nice spot along a little stream with a deck that we used daily for meals. Good sized room, and with the windows open we got plenty of air flow so the fact that there was no air con was fine in summer. Clean, comfortable and the bathrooms were great too and always available when we needed them. Where else can you stay with views of a waterfall!!

My expectations were well exceeded. We stayed 3 nights in one of the fox cabins and absolutely loved it. The cabins are quaint and cozy, the shared bathroom and kitchen facilities were clean and the staff was helpful. The on site shop, bar and restaurant were helpful as well. The location was also spectacular. All in all, a place we will remember for years to come!

There is an open trash can at one corner of the kitchen which attracts a lot of flies which is a tad bit inconvenient.

Best location, cannot get any better than this. It is at the bottom of the Staubbach waterfall. There is a restaurant, a bar and a grocery shop at the camp which is very convenient. Bathrooms, toilets and kitchen are very clean.

Rooms are very basic for the price. No "roll out" protection bar on top bunks. Only 1 shared toilet and 2 shared showers per floor for many guests. ( male and female options available but still tricky in the morning waiting for toilets.)

Wonderful staff with great helpful attitudes. Great onsite restaurant with huge sized meals. Good location. Good onsite shop for supplies. Kitchen and laundry facilities available

It’s a 15-min walk from Lauterbrunnen station, and there’s no bus station nearby either.

The staff was friendly. There was a detailed tour at check-in to show guests the different facilities. There is a nice lounge on the ground floor with a hammock to unwind in. Really good value for a touristy town in Switzerland!

There was one key for 3 in a hostel room for 150CHF.. There were cooking facilities, and a covered eating area, but you have to pay to use the hot plates, and there was no oven.

The setting is stunning, and access to walking trails is excellent. Camping Jungfrau needs to be booked ahead, especially for camping.

It’s definitely very expensive. Playground needs a bit of refreshing.

This is in such an idyllic location. The shared bathroom is very clean. We appreciated that everyone seemed to respect the posted quiet hours.

Only very minor and can easily be remedied. The beds in the Fox huts are very squeaky and noisy as the slats are not secured.

Location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness and ambiance. The folk evening was brilliant the staff worked really hard. A special thank you to the guy who bbq’d and served the food to everyone, still maintaining a good friendly manner.

The bungalow could have supplied coffee filters and a few other essentials that the average traveler wouldn’t have on hand. If you stay in #5, we left a box of about 50 filters minus the 3 we used!

Bungalow was simple and beautiful for our family of 4. A small walk from town with supplies on site. The restaurant was also very good!

Need more washers and dryers and different ones. Not easy to use.

Fabulous location. Bath facilities are the nicest I’ve seen. And the cabins are very nice. Restaurant was great. And the bar was nice.
