You have to type in your code every 5 minutes because there's like 8 doors before you're in a bed. Also it's much more of a work area downstairs, not enough common spaces for people just staying in the capsule hotel. They close the big sitting room at 6pm. FYI it's an AI front desk.

Good first experience in a capsule hotel. Very clean and quiet with decent amenities. Nice big bed. 5 minutes walk from the main train station. They will store your bag before check in (byo lock)

It is quite hard to find this hotel as it is kind of hidden on the street without having a proper visible sign outside. (there is only a small one) After my arrival and check in in the entrance room it was possible to open all doors by the code they sent me except of the doors to capsule. You need to install the app Goki otherwise you won't be able to open it for the first time. Later it was working even without app. A lady there had similar problem. The bathrooms could be bigger and could be more of them.

The hotel is near to city center, the capsules look nice from inside.

For me... it was very quiet with no interaction with other guests.

The bathroom is so small that the water from the shower is everywhere which is a little bit disgusting. But apart from that: Awesome!

The capsule really is super quiet! Since there are huge mirrors you don‘t feel like you‘re in a tiny capsule, so it‘s quite nice.

There aren’t dryer hairs it’s necessary for the weather , too much warm inside the capsule and more cold in the room, could be good idea that it will have locker for using before check in

There was no staff to assist with checking in or out. The smoke detector's low battery was beeping all night. The available lockers were very small, and you have to provide your own locks.

I liked that each pod had a closing door with a key lock so no one could access your pod. The building felt very secure.

The kitchen doesnt have something to cook, just had a electric kettle and a microwave. They should put a toaster for sure.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. The fact that a toilet and a shower are integrated into one is inconvenient. There are only 3 stalls (toilet/shower) for 16 cabins. No change of towels or fresh towels available.

Capsule is clean and spacious enough and reasonably confortable. Check in was easy to do online. Good location.

Despite the very clean sheets and bedding, the capsule was a little smelly.

The other travelers, using the capsules, were very quiet and considerate.

It took a while to enter the building, but after the first entry, it was all fairly smooth going in and out. The shower / toilet combination took a little adjusting, but I was only there 1 night, so it was ok.

Lift access, self check-in(w/in-app support), clean bedding, fresh towels, mood lights, great charging ports, and free standard ear plugs on the pillow were all things I very much appreciated. In addition, I didn't see it until the morning I was leaving, but the free travel access to local transportation was a nice added benefit. I also loved the location, walking distance to the main railway station. Easy lock and key system throughout the building from my phone. All these things added to a great stay, and I would recommend it, and I'm planning to return hopefully soon.

There are no staff members available at the property, and the access is all dependent on codes sent through your email. If you don’t have internet access, make sure you take a screenshot of the multiple access codes (as there are a couple different ones).

This hotel is really cool for those who like high-tech features. I enjoyed the shared kitchen space with a coffee machine, and I also thought the capsules were quite spacious and comfortable.

No front desk/receptionist which is understandable but can be a bit stressful in case of an emergency.

The capsules are pretty comfortable and have great privacy. You can also use it as a locker as it can only be accessed by a code. The location is good with easy access to city center, bus stop and train station. The co working space is also nice with clean amenities.

the bathroom/shower was very unpracticle, you have to walk through the wet shower to get to the toilet and then you have the wet curtain in your face when you sit.

Getting into the hotel and my capsule-I needed help!-- and I had to help someone else who had problems getting into capsule hotel. Tell people you need to hit the check mark along with the numbers! Or tell them to install the GOKI app- because even when I put in the numbers -doors would not open.

Very dark in the room and had to use a torch for the lockers. Problems with the app at first and took ages to check in. Showers smell mouldy, need regular use of bleach on the mats.

Good value for money in Switzerland! Having use of a kitchen albeit limited facilities like a stove top. Mastered toast in the microwave! Capsules well designed and comfortable. A little too warm and stuffy for me but left the door open. Didn’t mind the bathroom setup but you have to wear jandals to keep dry. Shower good and hot. Was good to get the free visitor pass for the buses too.

There was sooo many codes to try to remember when not using the key card. Also the showers were a little dirty.

The capsule was great and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and it was very warm inside there. The location was great as well.

For a capsule hotel, not much I could complain about. Being nitpicky, the capsules do heat up really fast if you are moving around in them. Took a hot shower, then went to pack my bag and the room got incredibly hot while I was doing so. In reality I could have easily just cracked the door and it would have been fine.

The facility is exceptionally clean and even the communal bathrooms are very nice and well kept. The capsules themselves are extremely well made and you can feel secure knowing that the door is locked. The bed is comfy and the pods are vaguely spacious. They are certainly long enough which was great to be able to put my bag at my feet and not even feel it.

They only have small lockers, not big enough for a hiking pack or suitcase. There is still space for you to store them and tie them up at least.

The capsules are a reasonable size and were very comfortable. I loved to community area it was large and spacious, you do however share with office like spaces.
