Pop art style design, functional set up in the lobby for laptop work / meetings / food - coffee e.t.c. Central great location nearby museums, restaurants, Spas, shops, the old town of Zürich, historical sites, swimming pools, gyms & bars or clubs. Friendly and helpful staff. Most comfortable beds . Simple and efficient rooms. We like the layout and function. Always welcoming and comfortable shared spaces. I do think the breakfast is a bit overpriced even for Zurich. But they do have good choices and can handle dietary restrictions. Love the water refill station!!!

Staff did what they could with what they had, I think having them supervise checkin, make coffee and fix iPad issues is asking too much.

This hotel has an excellent location in Old Town however, I would not rank it as family friendly as the rooms are very small and the bathroom is part of the room. While the hotel has a very tech vibe with the self check in and self check out plus iPads to schedule cleaning and operate the room blinds and tv, we found the iPad laggy and not user friendly especially with kids. We booked two rooms for 3 nights for our party of 4 and the tv in one room didn’t work for majority of our stay and the other only showed certain channels like CNN and BBC. Trying to keep kids occupied with non working tvs is tough. Staff was friendly and comped breakfast one day as service recovery but I honestly would have taken a working tv over standard breakfast fare since there are a bunch of lovely cafes across from the hotel and round the corner. We were traveling standby as my spouse works for an airline, so this was a last minute booking and misaligned expectations.

It was on the pricier side but that s what you get in Zurich.

I really liked the facilities. We had an ipad and could control the temperature, color in the room and the blinds. The bed was really comfortable, getting checked in was easy and the staff was very friendly. More than this, the location was top notch: in the heart of the city.

Location is just perfect - close to train station and the old town, a lot of restaurants nearby. Room is small, yet comfortable and cosy with a lot of funny quotes on random items, equipped with all you need. Comfort in a room regulated with ipad, adjustable temperature, light, sounds. A space for working. Staff very friendly and helpful, you really feel welcomed!
