Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Finland-The breakfast, while otherwise a good rudimentary serving (bread, toppings, yogurt, eggs, juice, tea, coffee), was priced too high. (Note: While we booked a "breakfast included" stay (no stay without breakfast available at the time of booking), based on prices without it on other sites, it cost approximately 30 francs per person.)
+A good basic hotel with all the basic needs covered. Comfy beds, quiet area, a good restaurant (Italian) right next to it, not too long walk from the Dorf trainstation (maybe 10-15 min), good staff...

United KingdomBreakfast always same for 1 whole week. And lady who is present during breakfast never smiled. I felt like I was stealing breakfast from her. She looked grumpy. I once poured milk on my cereal , whole cereal tasted bitter. I ask them if milk was spoiled. They never replied back to me. Strange.

SwitzerlandThe hotel is not new and some facilities could be renovated. Other than that everything was very good.
Apartment was very spacious and had a lot of facilities (2 bathrooms, kitchen, terrace, a very cosy dining area where we spent a lot of time playing board games with the children). Central location with access to all of the city attractions and a free parking made it a very good choice for our vacation. But what completely exceeded our expectations was a dinner. The menu was very rich and the dishes were super tasty. Salmon and caviar starters, chestnut and truffle soup, veal fillet and selection of desserts... Everything was so good!

SwitzerlandStaff was friendly and we could feel a personal attitude. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy and pleasant overall. Breakfast was very decent. We also used the opportunity to book dinner with our reservation. This was very convenient since we could just visit the hotel's restaurant for dinner instead of having to search for other places nearby. The food was quite good. Big thanks to the hotel staff who took into account our request for lactose-free meals and adjusted the menu accordingly. The room was nice, had all that was necessary for the stay. The location is within a walking distance from the Parsenn Funicular, so we could walk there instead of needing a car. There were parking spots right in front of the hotel but it got a bit crowded on Saturday evening, so it would be good to specify if you're coming with a car beforehand, just in case. The hotel is pretty well maintained and offers a very good quality for the three-star level, which it has.
