I honestly didn’t find anything I disliked or found unsatisfactory.

This place is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms and bathroom are large. The beds were very comfortable. Location is in a nice quiet area about a 10 min car ride from Lugano.

The only think i didn't like muche was the bed, too hard for me. But well... this is 100% personal taste.... no a problem if you prefer it.

CP resort is a fair and affordable option to stay for a one-day stop if you are driving far, or for a few nights. Quick self-check-in, available 24/7, what makes things very easy. Also, there's a good parking behind the hotel, with plenty of space (at least at the night I was there). It's only 20 min from Lugano, if you are driving or by taxi. I didn't try it because I arrived late, but the restaurant downstais looks great. Worth a check is you are hungry. Shower was very good.

There is nothing negative about this place. It was perfect!!

This small apartment/hotel complex is AMAZING!!! It's a bit off the beaten path, but not far from the highway. There is an excellent restaurant located on the grounds, where we ate after our arrival. They have a beautiful outside terrace. We booked 2 rooms, with single beds. The room was very clean, and the shower was more the perfect! Unfortunately, I forgot to book a room with breakfast, but we found a nice place in town. I easily could have stayed more nights and will definitely be back, on my next trip driving to and from Italy!

Beautiful. Self check in. Take the room card. Rooms are in one coridor going trough with 10 step upstair. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom also a kitchen. With water , candysugar and coffee gifts. Thanks

Only 1 airco unit for the entire apartment. It was hot inside when we arrived. The internet coverage in apartment 9 is very poor. A water cooker would be an added value in the kitchen.

Shower floor is high and the entrace narrow, could be difficult to climb for some people. Some tickling sound in the kitchen, maybe the fridge? But couldn't hear it from the bedroom, so it was fine.

- big apartment - very clean - comfortable beds - newly refurbished - great value for money - we loved the self-check-in system We only stayed for a night on our way to Italy. So I cannot make any comments about the location and if there are a lot of things to do in that area.

No cafeteria, no restaurant nearby. When you come during heatwave, there is no cool place to wait for your Check-in time! (At least on Weekend) Middle of industrial area.

Sound isolation wasn’t the best but OK, the door wasn’t easy to lock but it was a minor problem, the restaurant was really bad though. So try another one in the neighbourhood.

It’s location ideally located for a stop while travelling back home and close to the motorway, the spacious room & self checkin, and the lovely shower with a proper pressure, free parking on the premises.

While it might not boast elegance, the quality of the rooms was undoubtedly impressive. The decor was simple yet cozy, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of the CP resort is the presence of a fully-equipped kitchen. Despite its location in what appears to be an industrial area, I was pleasantly surprised by how serene and quiet the surroundings were. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free and the complimentary parking was a definite bonus, eliminating the stress of finding a spot for your vehicle. While the CP Resort is situated a bit far from the main city centers, it's remarkably well-connected and easily reachable by car.

would have been great to have an elevator. the steps are hard carrying on the suitcases the apt. was great except for the shower had a dangerous step up and for elderly people its not good it doesn't have anything you can hold on
