I tried to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi one of the receptionist with a brown skin was not welcoming. No hello no hi Prefers to chat with 3 boys talking in Spanish? Than to welcome guest. We were at the entrance she looked at us but just continued to chat with these boys , she only opened the barrier door when my husband tried to push it. Another receptionist though was very friendly white skin young looking girl. When my husband and I came to view the place , she quickly greeted us at the door barrier and opened it quickly welcomed us and explained how to get to the pool and the sauna, whilst the other receptionist with the brown skin ( who is more interested in chatting with these 3 boys )whom I met inside tried to stop me from checking or seeing the sauna, saying I am not allowed, did not say hello or asked can I help you?

I did like the bed very comfy , our towels were change daily friendly nice housekeeping Staff. The breakfast was good fresh fruits good selection for me, Staff at the breakfast were very hard working nice smilling and keeping the tables clear and clean the breakfast reception guy was very friendly with a kovely smike. Receptionist Staff very attentive and welcoming.

Upon check-in, we encountered a receptionist with blonde hair who was unprofessionally rude, not only to us but also to other guests. This left us quite disappointed with the level of service. Additionally, the access to the swimming pool is extremely slippery and poses a safety hazard. We urge caution when using this area.

There was no handle on my window and it was very hot (Even with aircon on the coolest setting). Breakfast is very busy and stressful in the morning. Sometimes a queue for reception

Some staff were not friendly. I requested for twin bed when I had booked 4 months before and they didn't reserved the twin bed I requested.

We watched Taylor Swifts' concert and the hotel was just one blockaway.

Booking coded something wrong, so we did have breakfast included, even though when booked we did. One staff member was very rude about it, at one point telling me booking lied. The hotel was very expensive for what it has to offer. This could be due to being in Switzerland and the country being expensive in general. But I definitely do not think the hotel was worth this price.

Rooms were so tiny. Unable to get two separate beds the first night even though it was booked that way. Was able to switch for the second night however it was still just two beds that could only spread 2” apart due to room size. No privacy in bathroom whatsoever.

The best thing about our stay was the reception. We were welcomed and I was not extremely prepared and they made our check-in a pleasure. Thank you so much to the greek woman who checked us in !!! It ciuld easily have been a disaster !!

We had reserved to have 2x twin beds in each of our two reserved rooms, but each then only had a single full size bed. and when we mentioned this at the desk initially, the grouchy old guy basically tried to get rid of us, told us there was no other option/the hotel was full and didn't care. We unfortunately needed to request the manage on our own, who then was able to resolve the issue quickly, I just didn't appreciate being lied to or treated badly. I had high hopes about the breakfast, but the breads were not fresh (breads chewy/rubbery), the cold foods (sliced meats, cut fruit, etc.) were all very soggy or dried out- evidence that they had been prepared the night before and left in a fridge to turn color and dry out- very unappealing. Also sad to be somewhere in switzerland where the bread wasn't fresh. I know they have a lot of people to feed, but they have a big staff and leaving prosciutto to brown overnight is gross.

The hotel was nice, clean, and very close to Letzigrund.

We did not like the noise from our neighbors door opening and closing about 20 times between 11 and 12 PM, going from one to another room…. Maybe they good oil the door or put people in rooms that have different wat to access.
