Half of the SPA was still under re-construction, no hamam, no "Mayen des Bains". Ugly fences in view. There was only a makeshift mixed Sauna, with limited capacity. The restaurants were already booked out for the evening out when we arrived.

the center of the hotel is the thermal SPA. the atmosphere is rather sporty and family- oriented than exclusive. Relaxing outdoors in the thermal pool, viewing the mountains is divine.

The bathroom was full of mold. The lady at checkout (in training) had such a heavy accent that I had to switch to Spanish to communicate. Oral proficiency is important!

Lauren at the reception and Ilias at the Restaurant were absolutely amazing. Perfect service!

Staff in the restaurant were extraordinarily rude... really unbelievable, and we waited for 45 mins to get served some ice-cream. They adverstise themselves as a family friendly resort and they are not, rather they are more of a geriatric wellness resort. I would separate the families from the rest of the guests.

Being told in the new wellness to be showered and basically aggressed. The breakfast tables weren’t planned correctly therefore we ate outside of the restaurant and other people waiting was at our side. Our bathroom towel had blood stains. The wellness since renovation is much smaller.

Rooms are extremely hot on the top floor, impossible to sleep. The other room one below (family) was much better. Restaurant on-site is overpriced for the quality.

30 mins before the closure of the thermal bath, the staff starts stacking the chairs. I was in the swimming pool and I see a member of the staff picking up my stuff, which was in the chair, putting on the floor and later back to a chair. This is clearly not a clean and safe procedure.

"Coasy rooms" have very old and dated furniture. Windows are not very sound proof, you can hear pretty well whats going on outside. The garden and spa is still under development.

Clean and nice pools. Dinner was nice but there were no vegetables for breakfast, never seen that before anywhere.

The thermal bath itself was run-down and shabby, apart from being completely overcrowded. Why do they not limit the amount of people? Clearly the renovations were not yet finished but they still decided to open, it smelled like fresh paint everywhere and only two pools open. The staff at the reception and at breakfast seemed like they worked there for the first day, didn't manage to prepare our bath access wristbands. Breakfast was overall average, but they used so much oil in the open kitchen for omelettes etc. that everything came out soggy and the smell was horrible, even late that day outside in the hallways. Overall too expensive for what is being offered, it compares badly with other thermal hotels in the vicinity.

Nice and spacious rooms, well equipped. Bathrooms are quite big and have both shower and bathtub.
