Great location, right next to the tram stop. The lockers were very convenient for storing my luggage after I checked out. Everything was very clean.

Impossible to find a fault, loved it! we've used easyhotel before and you kind of know what you're getting but this one was exceptional!

Location is great, just 15mins walk from the main trainstation, the room was excellent, spotlessly clean and a really good size! VERY pleasantly surprised. also had a balcony, a just excellent hotel room!

The room only has the bed, that's it. There is plenty of space for a table and chairs, but they are absent, which to me is contrary to the concept of hospitality. The charger next to the bed makes a high-pitch whining noise; this was reported by another customer and it has not been solved.

The location is good, easy access to the tram. There is a coffee machine in the "lobby". The bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom, even thought very small, was functional. I can only recommend this place for a very short stay, not more than one night, because of the negatives detailed below.

Some things could be improved: - For the wide space that the room hall provides the bathroom could have been extended, it would turn it into a much pleasant experience when using the bathroom. - it would be great if on both sides of the bed a small table would be placed, especially for people that use glasses, take medication or just would appreciste place some utilities at the side of the bed. - in the bathroom there is a small shelf on the top of the sink, what is great looking but really unconvinient for the user experience.

There is no real human interaction during the check in and checkout process but the staff is really prestative and answers fast in case of some question or need, providing a great and quick solution to any problem. Also, the room was tidy, has a lot of free space and a balcony. The location is amazing, in a calm place and with bus or tram that takes you to the central station in around 4/5 minutes. Overall it was a pleasant surprise with a great price-quality relation.

On a map it looks like it's closer to city center than it is. There's no human staff (other EasyHotel locations have human staff, but not this one). You self check-in via kiosk at 3pm. Not 2:59. So if you get there at 12, you're waiting 3 hours. There's no Wifi until you check in, and they don't even have Whatsapp, just a regular phone number which non-Swiss may have trouble calling. So despite being tech-forward with the self check-in, the hotel essentially leaves guests to fend for themselves. If there's a problem I don't know how you could get help. Maybe the hotel is "meant" to only cater to Swiss travelers, not sure. As an EU traveler it felt precarious. The rooms lack air conditioning and seating. Surcharges for housekeeping.

Hotel was clean, Wifi was stable. The rooms have a door that separate the rooms from the stairs/elevator, so that helps with noise control.

Good location, 15 min away by walk from the main train station. Self service is practical and very easy to use. Clean and new. Comfortable bed. Big towel. Good WiFi provided at self checkin. Several restaurants around. Migros supermarket 5 min away by walk. Very quiet and safe environment. There is a shop open on extra hours next door, very practical to buy some food when all restaurants are closed in Zurich (after 10pm)

I lived in this place and I would happily come back here again! The room was clean, the room had everything you needed! The location is great! I had a great time in this place and I advise everyone to choose this place to stay. You will not regret it and you will be very satisfied

There were no chairs or tables or shelves. Only one bed there was plenty of space but nothing over there. We had to put our stuff on the floor which was frustrating. Toilet condition was making weird noise every time like someone is knocking the door.

The room was very basic and the shower cubicle in the room was very dated, and while it was clean, it was quite old and in need of updating.
