I didn't realize that there were no staff at this hotel. So early check-in is not possible. In addition, they only have 8 storage lockers, and when we got there they were all full. So we just had to carry our stuff around all day. Also the room had no place to put anything, so our clothes and belongings were just stacked on the floor. It was hot and there was no AC. The towels kept falling off the door hanger and would not stay, which is annoying.

The location was good, and close to the trams. It was very clean and the basics were fine. The automatic check in and check out was easy. For a cheap easy option, it was fine.

Most of the things including poor ventilation, no table in the room, very smelly toilet due to chemical used making me feel sick and have headache. It was nice it was cold at lobby but in the room I recommend staff to keep window shutters down when warm.

Location, room size, views from room and free of charge lockers. Super good park and playground around corner and ability to put legs into a cold river cool. Proximity to shop.

The en suite bathroom was so small it was hard to move about at times, like when you want to wash your face at the sink, there isn't enough room to bend over to do so. Other than the bed, no other furniture is provided at all, no chair, table or drawers for example.

A very reasonable price considering the location. Serves its purpose as a very basic hotel. It was very hot when we stayed, so we were ever so grateful for the fan provided. The room was clean and the place felt secure.

No ac. It was too hot in the summer. Also next to train station, so it was very noisy. There wasn't a table or anything to put luggage on. There was also no coffee machine so you have to pay for hot water and coffee in the lobby.

There was a locker to keep your things before check in and after check out. There were also a lot of cafe and grocery store which was nice. Very close to train and bus station, but not close to the city area.

The cleaning was ok but without attention of details, I would’ve been nice if there was a table to put on my stuff in order to keep tidy the room.

A good value for money to be in Zurich, good position and very good online customer service.

Heating was controlled centrally and it was only for couple of hours in the morning. There wasn't any table, desk or chair in the room.

One of the cheapest options in Zurich, Rooms were surprisingly big, self check is good.

Room was too cramped, sink was not near wc but next to the bed, TV was nearly on the ceiling. I have travelled 8 different cities in last 2 weeks, I was able to accommodate in better hotels with cheaper costs. However in zurich, besides everything is expensive, compared to other hotels this hotel was OK. Whereas compared to other cities throughout Europe, probably not as balanced in terms of price-performance

The only mildly cheap hotel we could find in Zurich. Check in and check out was smooth. Rooms were quiet.

A chair, better pillows

How was the breakfast? What breakfast? The room was clean and functional. No chair and the other guests were the real issue. The men in # 34 were so loud! They answered a phone call at 4:30 am and were actually yelling during the call for at least 1/2 hour. No staff to discuss with. Just a phone number, we did not have cell service.

Firstly, we were a group of friends and we expected that the double bed and the two single beds would be in separate rooms, but one of the single beds was next to the double bed. A big inconvenience was that the wall in one of the rooms was diagonal (it was the roof), and it was near the bed. We had many occasions where we accidentally banged our heads on it. Be careful! The bathroom was very very small. It was literally comparable to an airplane's batbroom. Also the shower head was having some issues. Secondly the room was very bare minimum. It had no storage at all and no place to put yout stuff. Also no chairs. Also the power outlets inside the room were only the smaller (rectangular) format, and not the bigger, circular one so if you had a device that used that type, you couldn't plug it anywhere.

The location and the cleanness was great. TV was smart. Wifi was very fast. The beds weren't bad and the room was also warm.

The radiator in the room wasn't working, making it very cold in the middle of winter. A desk in the room would have been helpful but it wasn't a necessity. The parking was probably the biggest issue, as parking for a night in Zurich is barely cheaper than a hotel room.

Good value in the heart of West Zurich. The bathroom was large, the beds were clean and the hotel overall was quiet. I liked how easy check-in was. I would stay here again, just with more blankets and layers and planning out parking beforehand.
