The walk up the hill

The location is really good. With a train station and trams at hand it is in easy reach of the centre of Zurich. The neighbourhood surrounding the hotel is residential and quiet with plenty of supermarkets.

I came late at night and couldn't even get in cause apparently I was too late for the check-in and had to find another place in the middle of the night. Never heard this before. I called the number on the door and still they wouldn't let me in.

Nothing. Avoid at all cost.

The room was clean and equipped with basic amenities, but how could a room not have a small table?:) The internet was really good, but if you want to use your laptop there you may need a special adapter.

They charged me accidentally $150. They didnt know until I noticed. Loud hotel with very uncomfortable bed.

They charged me extra $150 that I accidentally noticed my credit card. I reached out to them and they noticed an "error" and they would refund it. Horribly noisy hotel.

Very noisy rooms, you can hear the train at all times. There is no air conditioning in the room so it gets very hot. Beds are extremely uncomfortable.

The mattress, the pillow and the blanket are rapped in plastic. The bed is simply a wooden plank with mattress. There is no closet or table to put your belongings.

Very very small. No facilities, no staff. Bed is not comfortable. Full of bugs, not clean, no heating, elevator is malfunctioning. Very noisy and you can hear the next room very clearly.

Room was very small, bed size was small and couldn't accommodate 2 people. There was no air-conditioning or fan in the room which made stay more miserable. Bathroom was very small . Hotel was close to metro station which made me difficult to sleep entire night

It is a horrible stay in this hotel. None of the service was working properly. Their check-in machine was not working and no people were present in person to check us in. Their WiFi was not available inside our room. The room size is too small and quite suffocating to stay there during summer. Finally, the lift stopped working and we needed to carry our luggage through the strain from the fourth floor to the ground.

The location of the hotel is quite good, close to the railway station and close to the river.

The room lacked storage space which made it very difficult for us to store luggages. The bathroom was also small.

The room was really nice! Comfortable and the location is really nice. Easily accessible by public transport or cab. They provide free locker services which are based on availability and they answer pretty quickly if we have any questions. There are also vending machines that have really good hot chocolate, coffee and personal hygiene kits.

We couldn't sleep because the room was hot like hell, and the fans didn't do anything. I do not recommend staying in this hotel during the summer

The hotel was very expensive and not worth it. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There was no staff to help with checking in. We had cockroaches in our room. There is no AC and no fan either. Our bedding was not clean and appeared used as there were stains. Very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

Difficult to enter the building as PIN was not working properly Room was not properly cleaned as the sheets on the bed were dirty. Mechanism of the window shades is not working properly and does not allow you to lock. We were not able to sleep due to the sun coming from the window. Walls are very thin , you can easily hear the other rooms close by.
