I didn't met any staff because this is a self-service hotel. The room has everything for a short stay.

There is not much to do around the hostel like restaurants and pubs. We had to take the train to go to places.

The hostel is lovely and extremely neat and clean.

This hotel location are super convenience, just a few minute walk you can get to Wipkingen station, from airport to this hotel only few min, take S24 line, no necessary for interchange, and also easy access to Zurich Main station ZURCIH H/B, i am booking family room, the room are not very spacious, but is enough for our family of 4, got 1 double bed, and two single bed, is very comfy, i love this hotel so much, will choose to stay again for my next visit.

There were quite a few things that I did not like. First: the flush trigger in toilet disassembled after first two uses, had to fix it myself. Second: the drainage in bathroom was clogged, I had to clean that myself. Third: the washbasin was open in the bedroom and not in an enclosed place like a bathroom. Fourth: checkin process was redundant for two rooms where I had to add same details twice for both of my rooms. Fifth: rooms are not soundproof at all, all night we could here somebody thumping on the upper floor. Sixth: Double bed size is on the smaller side

I think location is very comfortable as it is right next to the train station which has direct train from airport. I also liked the automation around checkin process but it could be better as for two rooms I had to add details twice

The room wasn't clean when we arrived, the room itself felt a little low quality (everything creaks, uncomfortable bed, minimal ammenities) and the check-out didn't feel formal enough so it left doubts if I was going to be charged or not

The toilet was covered in hair of the previous guest and overall not properly cleaned. The room did not even have a chair where to put your stuff on. There is a vending machine downstairs but it could not accept any of my credit/debit cards.

took the family room - Room was dusty, bed was a little uncomfortable, heater did not work, no hooks provided in room and toilet could not hang coats and clothes/ towels. Only suitable for 2 nights stay at most.

location was very convenient, located right near the train station. laundry & dryer was free which was great.

My father arrived one day later due to late flight connection. Given that the room was paid for, he could only check in at 15h! Because of "electronic system" blahblah. I dont care that no humans are working at the reception and they have a "system"! The room was paid already 24hrs so it had to be ready and accessible whenever he would arrive!! *Next, there was black hair on the towels, they were actually dirty. *Empty shower gel in the shower, nobody cared to replenished before guest arrived. *Sink was dirty and stuffed with other peoples hair ir whatever, the water did not come down! *This hotel stops heating from 23h-6h!! How dare you to not heat, when your guests are actually sleeping?? Amd whats the point to heat during the day when people are most likely out exploring the city?! *Not even a table in the room, no furniture, nothing! *Communication is very arrogant. I told them all listed before and received the answer that rooms will be cleaned only 3 days later. They would not refund the day that had been paid, yet my dad could not check in early. Furthermore, they promised to take care of the sink, but nobody ever came until the day of actual cleaning!

Nothing can possibly be liked in this hotel!!

There could have been at least a table and chair in the room as there was plenty of space which is not being utilised to its full potential. The bed was not the most comfortable but bearable. Bathroom sink was a little small but nothing too bad.

This hotel is perfect for a short stay in Zurich. Great location right next to Wipkingen train station and a few minutes walk from bus/tram stations which take you directly to/from the city centre. Good value for money, easy check in, clean and modern. Decent size shower with hot water. TV and room heating working fine. Made use of lockers which came in handy when we needed to store our luggage after check out. Helpful staff. The coffee and vending machines at the reception are a nice touch.

The room was dirty. Footsteps on the walls (no, this isn’t a typo), mold in the bathroom which then also made its way onto the toilet rolls. The bed was OK and that’s probably the only positive.

No reception desk. Self check-in but their system is terrible, cannot identify an existing reservation. Have to call customer service like many other guests. I booked a triple room with a view and the automated check-in system assigned a room on the 2nd floor with a building and road in front. Cramped spaces throughout. No cupboard. Bathwash didn't work. Couldn't even ask for help as there was literally no one! I had to assist a stranded older couple who faced all of the above issues. And you can imagine my disappointment given that I was traveling with aged parents myself!!

The room is very small and it is the most expensive one in our 20-day Europe trip across five countries, more expensive than a four-star hotel in Rome.

The location is excellent for travelers arriving via train from the airport. The room is clean, the self check-in is smooth and easy to navigate.

Nothing really. It suited what we needed for a one night stay.

This was a very convenient booking for us as we needed a place to stay at the last minute that didn't break the bank. All of our questions were quickly answered by the team.. The self check in process is seamless and the room was simple and clean. No bells or whistles, just a good, clean room to have a comfortable rest at the end of the day, then have a quick shower and be on your way the next day. Location is good. Loved the concept.

Extremely small room, bed directly next to entrance and shower cabin entry directly next to bed. No privacy. Small bed with uncomfy pillows. Even though it's cheap for Zürich, definitely do not recommend.
