We are glad to stay here! Comfortable room and beds, free mini-bar, delicios brekfast (with a day smootie), nice SPA center. Great location and personal! And a present while we leaving. Only little thing - hotel offer free “coffe and cake” in the middle of day, but we always get only coffe :) If we don’t know of this oppurtinitie, then it was 10/10

Our stay was great! The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful! They always treat you with a smile and really made our stay memorable. The rooms are spacious with a great view! Breakfast was great, one of the best we had during our stay in Switzerland. They also serve great cheese fondue in their restaurant. 100% recommend staying there especially if your a family with kids!

Just bit spread out property with a bit complex ways to reach your room. You need to change 2 lifts and still climb few stairs. Can be tough if you have more than 2 suitcases

Outlook interiors the interactive touch screen TV that help you with the live web cam views weather and other relevant information about Grindelwald. I loved the EIGER ice tea as well. Thanks for the complementary drinks. One of the best buffet breakfast I have had. Thanks for the evening tea coffee cake with that spectacular view of the Eiger Ranges.

3-night stay in Junior Suite Eiger. Amazing mountain views from the suite. Spacious for family of 3 adults. Warm and engaging employees. Overall good interior design. Daily complimentary minibar replenishment. Good variety of fresh cakes, beverage and fruits offering during teatime. Good breakfast selection. Close proximity to Grindelwald Bahnhof/ Grindelwald Railway Station.

Only a couple of suggestions: firstly, on a fri/sat night the hotel is very noisy both from people in the hotel and road noise. Even with a quiet room we barely slept. Also the bathrooms do need some ventilation or a fan.

The hotel is well located a 5 minute walk from the firtbahn and right next to a bus stop to take you to terminal. It has a restaurant on site also which was super convenient. Our room was very spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly.

It was a chore to get to my room with all my luggage. Took 1 elevator. Then had to take the stairs. Then had a long walk through a tunnel to another reception area. Through 2 more doors. They where hard to open with all the luggage. Then another elevator. Then another door. Then I was outside. Walked outside to my room. It was just a lot with all my luggage.

I thought we were getting a Double bed but it was two single beds Pushed together. I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that its difficult to sleep while next to your partner.

The location was great. Breakfast was good. We ate at barry's restaurant in the hotel. The food was good. We ordered a bottle of wine at a cost of 58 francs and found the same wine for 21 francs elsewhere. Big difference

Great looking village, with central location for the town and travelling. Easy to get to the bus stops and acess to the main lifts. Quality of the food was very good too.

Staff were all on the same page, friendly, personal and genuine. Melanie checked me in and remembered my first name throughout my stay. Breakfast was good. Only downside was the coffee was in short supply; in mini cups, and the machine a little difficult to use. I need a large coffee every morning to start the day! Room was spot on, nice big bath. Free stuff in the mini bar, nice balcony, comfy bed. Room was perfect temperature. A little noisy outside the room early in the morning with staff moving about but nothing major. Bar was decent, with good selection of gins. Forgot his name but the South African server was very pleasant. Check in and Check out is very advanced, all online etc. Not really seen it at that level before so was impressed to see my final bill online at breakfast time where I could pay it online. For anyone wanting to watch sport, the Spinne Espresso bar over the road from this hotel shows lots of sport if you just ask.

The location! The hotel is situated on the main street which is super convenient and very close to the train station. The rooms are very nice and modern! The staff are friendly and breakfast is so delicious, lots of options. Will definitely book again on my next visit to Grindelwald

Everything was perfect!

We loved this hotel! It's one of the best we have ever been to! It's luxurious, and authentic, with beautiful mountain views, an amazing spa, and delicious breakfast. The Rooms are spacious and have a lot of room for your stuff, the hotel itself is big and has so much to offer: gym, group training, restaurant with very delicious Swiss food, lounge area, bar and many more. We were also delighted to find out that the parking lot cost was only 5 CHF per night [ after 40 euros in Zurich! ]. The staff is super friendly and helpful We recommend this hotel and wish we could stay there more.

Think the laundry can stay open 24/7. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Our bathtub knob that closed the plug was broken, had to buy slippers none included in the stay.
