The only thing I would say is that if you prefer harder pillows then I would bring your own perhaps as you only get one pillow and it's so soft your head practically goes through it. The buffet was was but a little basic in my opinion

Staff were incredible, couldn't have been more hospitable if you tried. The rooms were modern and incredibly cleanly with a beautiful view of the mountains. I would definitely stay here again, it's amazing!

The Loft room is possibly one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room was Horgan the outdoor patio was amazing. A great location too, easy walk to everywhere.

Noisy at night but too hot without air conditioning to close windows. Red light district nearby and noisy bar. Fan in room like a jet taking off and still doesn’t cool the room.

There was no conditioner in the shower. It was written on the shampoo that it was for hair, body and hands. We didn't understand what kind of shampoo this was. Also, the coffee cups in the room did not have a handle. It was very difficult to hold the cups filled with hot water.

It was nice to be able to use the free umbrellas in the lobby. The room was clean. The location was also very good. Also, the view from our penthouse room was very sweet.

We found a sharped edge metal little thing in our towel. Luckily, it didn't scratch my parents. I wish they are more careful. Other than that we had a great stay here.

We stayed at Hotel Felix for total 3 nights. One night in the first week and two nights in our last week in Switzerland. There was a heatwave that week so it was super hot already outside. We then also got a room without a/c. And the room is on 4th floor which we assume it is right under the roof. So it was just hot and unbreathable. Fortunately, Fatima provided us with an extra fan. She also was very kind and reserved rooms with a/c for us for the rest of the stay. She is very helpful and kind. Thank you very much. Location is perfect - right in the middle and easy to walk to tram.

We didn’t know that 3 star Hotels in Switzerland might not have AC. In our case we were very lucky and we could switch into the room with AC. Just something to have in mind

The location, very clean and safe. A lot if restaurants around.The staff is amazing - helped us with the room, told us to take an Uber opposite to the very expensive taxi.

I didn't like the fact they had made up a third bed in the room when we arrived (we booked for 2). Luckily the sofa bed was easy to convert back and gave us lots more seating/comfort. It is all a little on the small side, with limited lounge space downstairs, but considering the central city location and the value for money, this made sense. I would definitely go back.

The decoration and furnishings were modern and clean, and were stylish. The bathroom was small but excellently fitted out. Blinds on the window were very convenient as we could have the windows open yet stay private. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the location in the Old Town (near the top end closer to the station) was very good - close to the pedestrian area with lots of restaurants and places to drink, with charming squares and historical houses. We were able to walk to the Rathaus/centre and then Lake really easily and passed loads of lovely coffee shops.

Staff could be slightly more helpful - we arrived with many suitcases and the main door was locked, but the receptionist stood idly by without lending us a helping hand. There was also no phone in the room to call the reception.

Very clean modern interior. Room is equipped with air-con, which most Swiss hotels do not seem to have. Good value for money, superb location. House keeping also surprised my wife and I re our honeymoon—there was a pack of chocolates and a card congratulating us. This was very thoughtful and shows that the team took notice of my special note.
