Lots of steps, waiting for the loo/shower

The rooms are not accessible and there are many floors (there is one room per floor). In one of the rooms I stayed in, the floor seemed to be loose or was just old, as it made a lot of noise when stepped on. There are also no mirrors, which makes it difficult especially for women. I believe that the owner should put limits on baths, as there are 2 bathrooms with showers and many people take a long time to bathe. Finally, check in is very late and check out is very early.

The main positive point of the hostel is undoubtedly the location, as it is very central. The shower was also good and the entire building was heated.

Stairs could be difficult with heavy luggage.

The rooms and facilities are kept very clean, with regular cleaning of the bathroom. The mattress and pillow were both very very comfortable. Rooms kept warm and cosy with the central heating.

This hostel is a gem. It is located in a very expensive area. The building is surrounded by expensive hotels and signatures shops. and it has a rooftop. It is very close to the Cathedral, to the lake and 1 stop away from Zurich main train station.

It was weird that i had to prepare my bed and also take off the sheets before I leave. Have not seen this before…

Very clean, very comfy bed and pillow and bedding - perfect for a good night sleep. There were too many windows open for the temperature outside in my opinion, not sure this is always the case. I closed some.

Kitchen really small but okay for a night

Hostel was in city center, walking distance to all main tourist points. Warm and quite. Lovely terrace upstairs. Good wifi connection.

I only had faced a problem in which in the midnight 4 young people came almost drunk disturbing my sleep.....one of them was throwing up inside the room..Other than this Incident everything was fine with the stay.

The hostel is about 10 min walk from Zurich HB station...good location..nice staff....Room is also comfortable...very clean...have a nice balcony in the top.you can chill with friends there..

The kitchen facilities could be improved. It’s a very small space and the hob was not working but the microwave, fridge and coffee facilities really helped me save money.

Multiple floors with no elevators (Esp. When carrying your luggage), very limited shower and bathrooms

There was no place to sit and eat breakfast as the kitchen was so small and only big enough for one person at a time to prep their meal. Also there was a terrace on the top floor which a person could eat there, weather permitting, which I did once but very awkward as a person was sleeping there.

No lift so you need to take your bags all the way to 4th floor if you are choosing the 8bed dormitory, 3rd floor for the 4 bed dormitory. No toilet in the 4th floor so need to go down but there’s a kitchen in the 4th floor. The hostel can easily be missed as there is no big sign outside. The entrance is on the side of a shop.

There are certainly a lot of steep and narrow stairs, which aren't a problem if you can handle your luggage well. But if you have large suitcases then it would be a struggle. Although it's a small detail, having to make your own bed is a bit annoying.

The location is certainly the best thing. Right in the hard of the city, easy access to everything. The beds were nice and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were clean and large. The room was large and spacious. The lady was nice, and explained everything clearly.

Use of showers incurs an additional charge - at the time of writing, this was 5 Francs. So I’d recommend using other shower facilities, elsewhere.

Bed linen and towel included in cost. Lockers in room and private bed curtains. Reasonable, albeit compact kitchen facilities. Fantastic location in the historic city centre.

Stairs. A lot of stairs. I think I hurt my knee after going up and down many times (my room was on the 2nd floor and the kitchen just below the roof). Very-very steep. So be careful
