Check-in time is so late. You can not leave luggage, if you want to leave you should pay money.

Location is excellent. Staff is helpful. Cleaning is amazing than other hostel. Every day all rooms and common areas are cleaning. You can use kitchen (without furnance, only microwave). Hairdryer is available.

We had a hard time finding the place as there was no signs or anything. There's no elevator and the stairs are steep so don't bring heavy lugagge. These are just minor details imo, overall it was a good experience

Some things in the kitchen didn’t work and there’s no lift there so it can be difficult carrying bags up/down the narrow stairs

No luggage storage before check in and After check out. Only 2 bathrooms.

Very well located. Beautiful view on the rooftop. Was quite cosy, the bathrooms and showers were really confortable for a hôtel (wich is quite rare) even tho there were only two of them. 4 floors and no elevator so keep that in mind if you have a big suitcase. Would overall recommand.

The kitchen is good equipped but too small to cook and eat in more than 2-3 people. I had to drink my milk near the entrance twice because there was no space to sit down.

The location was super: only 15 min.from the Central Station, perfect to move by foot in the city Center. The room with 3 bedroom was spacious and the commmon bathrooms were always clean.

You don't have any keys for this hostel, just the code for the entrance. It's a small establishment so the rooms not having any locks didn't matter that much, but it was a bit of a surprise for me when I arrived.

Owner is very friendly and accommodation, however there is no traditional reception per se. The whole place is very neatly organized and clean, but it is spread over multiple floors so prepare the climb a lot of stairs. The rooftop terrace was a very nice unexpected surprise, and had the weather been better and I had I stayed longer, I would have totally taken advantage of that more. The kitchen was small, but cute.

Only there is no elevator to take your luggages through twisted stairs is a bit of a challenge.

The host was too good! Its a very homely place to stay in the heart of Zurich. Extremely close to Main Station. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was amazing. Value for price. Spassibo!

The hostel is located in the upper floors of a traditional house in this old part of Zurich. The ground floor, like most others adjacent, is dedicated to a small shop. The hostel and shop share a entrance with the doors at right-angles. I understand that when the shopkeeper obtained the shop, the house above was occupied by an old lady. When she died, the house was acquired by the current hostel owners. During my stay, I witnessed several occasions when the common doorway was blocked by new arrivals to the hostel that resulted in the shopkeeper pleading for a clear entrance to her shop.

The staff were very helpful. I was given a tour of the hostel facilities over the 6 floors. The small kitchen had a kettle and teabags available.

Room was bit small. But manageable. Need to double the cleanliness of the room prior to customer arrival. Little noise around from the other rooms.

It’s located on central of the Lauterbrunnen and few steps away from railway station. There is full equipped kitchen. Front desk lady was super friendly.

Other guests did not follow quiet hour rules. The room didn’t lock so other guests could, and did, just walk in and used the lockers in the room.

No elevator and no locker to leave your luggage if you arrive early than check in time. Check in time is too late and check out time is too early.

Clean bed, room, toilet, bath and kitchen. The hostel also smells nice. Location is near to almost tourist attractions in the city.
