The message with check in details comes very late and it wasn’t clear that we would get the info via the app message feature. The room was Spartan but with no air conditioning or fan the summer heat was unbearable as the room shutter had been left open and the noise from the station was making it not a restful night as the cargo trains seem to run all night.

Everything else just doesn't match the premium price they charge. Rooms are not air-conditioned but could at least provide a fan to get through a hot night on a hard bad. But none was existing.

It was extremely hot in the room, we had to stay in town till midnight as the temperature inside was impossible to stand. No conditioner, no fan. WiFi practically was not working. We had dinner at the restaurant, but of course nobody offered a discount for hotel guests, although they should.

Location, breakfast was not the worst what we saw during our trip, but of course, no vegetables.

The hotel is located very close to the station, the staff are so friendly and let you speak Italian unless you can’t find the words, the breakfast is fantastic and the room was clean and very comfortable.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station & Castelgrande. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant next door.

The room was really small, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was a huge hole in the bed which caused me back problems. The matress cover was also inside out. I hoped they washed it and not just turned it around?

Where shall I start? Room was hardly big enough for two people to walk in, no place for any type of luggage except maybe a backpack. Price was outrageous for the room and pillows and bedding were worthless. No lamps for reading in bed nor bed stands. No 24 hour reception or way to reach anyone for emergency or any problems. Again price was outrageous for such a low standard of hospitality.

The whole night sitting in car outside waiting for morning to contect the receptionist. Because they put wrong key 65 N0 instead of room NO 54 that was our room allowed by owner of our room in safe box that was already booked. Very very bad night.in my life. The main thing is that the owner did not take responsibility of their very big mistake and said that their one person put wrong key in the safe box. We were coming back from Attianese hotel Cervignano de l Friuli to Basel.it was long journey that'swhy we prefer to take rest on the way and booked here room. It is not about money but humanity why the people made big mistake ant not accept. Now the owner written that they offer free fruistuck and free stay till 13uhr. But not think how we stay whole night in our car in front of hotel.
