The property is very nice . It is situated in a small town with beautiful mountain views . The apartment looks better than the pictures posted .it has got everything - dishwasher , washing machine , dryer , ample utensils to cook . The staff is quite polite and they gave us free passes of thermal bath which we completely enjoyed . It is a value for money deal.

BelgiumNothing about the property!!!!!Nieuw Years Eve was not special in this village. There are a lot of fireworks, but randomly, not organised. Restaurants are closing before midnight. Everybody was wandering around without a plan or something organised.
Excellent value for de money. The room is small, but very clean, it smels clean, the mountain view is breathtaking. Good shower, good bed. Dove shower gel, hairdryer, extra magnification mirror. Breakfast was excellent with a stunning view, so fresh and so tasty. Parking is not big, but we were lucky and we didn't move our car because everything was 5 min away walking. The lift is very handy also, there are a lot of stairs everywhere. In the price we also received a bracelet for The therme to go unlimited, which it was so great after a busy day. This village in december is like in the winter stories. We were playing like kids in the snow. We don't ski, but we were great with the sledge. All restaurants serve very good food, but make a reservation for the next day.

SwitzerlandHaving stayed several times and brought friends to the hotel, I was disappointed by the inflexibility and lack of service mindedness of the lady in the reception. I have always benefitted from a complementary visit to the baths on the day of arrival and also on the day of my departure. This time I was informed in no uncertain terms that I would be no longer be offered a complementary visit to the baths on my departure day. Such a shame and their loss. I will not return.
The view, the location, the comfort the breakfast and the welcome and attention of the Portuguese staff and the Manager of the hotel.
