Kitchen down in the basement was not very well equipped, and the lounge wasn't very comfy

Lockers outside the bedrooms were a great idea as people weren't being noisy with luggage in the room. Clean and comfortable with lots of plug sockets next to each bed. Easy check in

Hostel is in a great location with good transport connections around the city. Having breakfast available was great as it helps you save on one meal as Geneva is very expensive. Room is a good size for sharing with others, and having a large locked locker was an added bonus. Also, being able to rent a towel helped a lot as I was travelling light just for the weekend.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, the mattresses were thin, however for the price, this was definitely reasonable.

The cleaning was very good, very well organised with bathroom with good number of showers and little side place to dress. Large locker in the hallway to put luggage away. On the ground floor buffet restaurant that serves breakfast in the morning included in the price. At -1 kitchen Free to use and table to sit to eat and socialising. Free travel pass from station/airport

shower cabins can be improved. no tissue roll dispenser next to the sinks to wipe hands with.

great location as it’s close to the Geneva station as well as the lake. A tram station is just at the end of the street. great breakfast buffet. Wonderful staff. just the best people behind the counter.

can’t get much sleep since people arrive and leave at different times and the floor boards are so loud when you walk on them. also have to make your bed when you arrive, so if you arrive late it’s a pain.

A very modern hostel with a laid back and friendly atmosphere. The common areas had a lot of space and the staff were friendly and able to answer my questions. There was a lot of options available for the continental breakfast.

The bathrooms had only one toilet cubicle, which server 2-3 rooms of 6 guys in each, so the toilet was often occupied.

Very friendly reception, free luggage storage if you arrive before check-in (like I did). Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Bathrooms three separate showers with ample room to keep your change of clothing. Breakfast had multiple options and was delicious. Very spacious lockers outside of the room, which I did not use though, but great security add on.

They didn't give me towel without deposit as I didn't have cash. I had to take shower without towel. A lot of visitors were kids that's why at night they made noise.

The location is perfect. The bed was comfortable for sleeping. They offer very good breakfast. The room and wc room was clean. The shelves with locker very good.

The hostel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is fine, as it is easy accesible by public transport. It helps a lot that they give you the card to take the public transportation for free! The lake is close by which is a nice place to take a walk. I only stayed for 2 nights but have to leave early the second night in order to catch a bus, but the city seems really nice. The price seems a bit expensive to me, but it was the cheaper one in Geneva, which is an expensive city anyways. Overall the stay was nice, and the hostel was very clean and comfortable.
