The arithmetic skills at the hotel front desk need to be improved. We stayed for two nights with ten people, and six of us arrived first. We charged a city tax of 45 Swiss francs, okay! Later, four more people arrived and a city tax of 45 Swiss francs was collected. The city tax should be charged based on the number of people. The hotel charged an additional 15 Swiss francs. We negotiated with the hotel front desk when we checked out, but they couldn't understand. The compatibility of the hotel's power sockets is very low, so we had to purchase a dedicated converter from the hotel.

The room facilities are complete, the hotel staff's service attitude is very good, and the paid breakfast is also good. I posted my evaluation of the Zurich hotel here a few days ago. Obviously, compared to Ibis, these criticisms are not correct, but the hotel has also sincerely accepted and reflected on them. I am very sorry for you all！

All was great tbh.

The location was brilliant. Bus no 23 from the airport drops you right outside the hotel and bus no 14 takes you into the centre of Geneva, an area called Bel Air where you're basically in the town centre and can walk to the seafront from there and access Rolex, Cartier,etc shops.continental Breakfast was lovely and great choice too, cereal, toast, bread, scrambled eggs, orange juice,etc. Room was very clean and the shower was well hot enough for me.All in all a great vacation with my son overall.Would happily stay here again, no.problem.

Reception staff did not explain about WiFi or what times and location breakfast was. She used hand gestures to sign post and did not direct me to where I was going. I left sign for cleaners to clean my room each day. My room was not cleaned and towel and toilet paper was not refilled/refreshed. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Upon arrival my room was clean. Immaculate bathroom, well cleaned. Good variety in breakfast. Breakfast host was hospitable, helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to trams, and buses, shops and all local amenities. Good links to the airport

The lobby entrance has a funky smell, perhaps air freshener would be suitable.

Clean rooms, nice size and quiet, good bathroom size. The location is a highlight, so easy to take bus to/from airport - the stop is in front of hotel’s door. Electric train 2 min from hotel door to city centre connecting you to everything. Restaurant and supermarket 3 min away. Friendly staff but I did not interacted much with them - just during check in.

I got in at about 6 PM, and it was chilly outside, around 0°C, unfortunately, my room's window was wide open, so it was pretty cold indoors. Also, the two USB wall plugs didn't seem to be functioning. About the bed, perhaps it's just me, but I find the mattress quite uncomfortable.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd suggest trying the Breakfast; it's rather nice, and there aren't many options available nearby anyway.
