Loved the style of the room, felt very homey. Beds very comfortable. Staff left us a bottle of processo to celebrate our engagement which was a realy nice touch and very thoughtful. Bathroom was lovely, great shower. Sofa space was nice and cozy.

The suite was big. Location was perfect to explore town. Complimentary guest card includes free use of local transportation! Bonus: Bus stop and good Chinese restaurant with big aquarium right next door.

Property was very close to where I needed to be each day and just a minute from the lakeside. Self check in was smooth and instructions clear. Remember to have your confirmation code to hand! The train station is very straightforward to get to, and a very pleasant walk at any time of day.

Somewhat cheap feeling. The sofa was rock hard. Small spaces, smaller than what it looks in the pictures.

‏this is a very very nice hotel everything looks perfect and very clean. The facilities look brand new and everything's is maintenance in high quality. A big advantage is a 24/7 check-in, no need for a human desk. Although is a self-checking hotel, they're always available to chat and answer questions and help. Originally we had a room without the kitchen and we asked for an upgrade to a kitchened room and they provide it very fast, the stuff is great! The location is good and you have buses all around from the main train station or by a 15 minutes of walking. It's very close to the old city in a good location. If you plan to visit at Lucerne carnival at feb-march, the hotel is actually the location where the parade begins.

The only thing we can say to make it better would be a firmer pillow as the ones provided were too soft for us.

Our studio apartment was delightful and cosy. It was sparkling clean and a very good central location for us to explore Luzern.

There were no plates in the kitchen. Only glasses and cups. Even though we didn't book the kitchen extra some plates would be nice.

The check in process was a little bit complex the option to change from german to english or spanish was in the profile configuration but I had to fill a lot of forms in German using the translator before I was able to change the language so it was difficult, an option to select the language at the very beginning will make things easier, but the apartment was amazing

Easy walk from the train station/ unfortunately we took a taxi (do not recommend - 25 euros flat fee) for a 5 minute ride (versus a 12 minute walk). Love the rooms - lots of space, fridge, microwave, separate living area and sleeping area.

The entry was not the best… the apartment was supposed to be a bit bigger and it was a bit expensive considering that we did not have kitchen.

The tv with Netflix, good tea, great location, nice bed and super detail with the golf ball soap. We loved that!

The bed and pillows were not that comfortable and the self check-in was a bit glitchy (the hotel staff were super responsive though).

Very cozy, the property has everything you need and the shower was lovely. It was also super nice that there were living spaces on both floors. Easy check-out as well.

Everything was really good. Location was central and the space was generous, an upgrade from a hotel room. I had no problems with the check in, the property will send you information emails which guide through the process. If you still have problems, they have a number which can be called for support from an agent.
