The value proposition to stay in this hotel is very high given the location next to Zurich Station and its surroundings. The BF is limited but great in quality. The front desk is helpful. The hallways are decorated with their history. Very clean room. No smell. Heater is comfortable. Love the balcony!

Shower not large, ran out of dispenser amenities. Main sink had slight blockage. Street noise very loud on 4th floor during the night. Needed to request Iron and Board for room.

Location of hotel very convenient near main station and Tram area. Accommodated late check out well. Assisted with Luggage. Bedding comfortable. Some English TV stations available. Breakfast tasty on selection available.

Maybe the most uncomfortable hotel pillows I've slept on. Which is a shame cause the bed's great. But the pillow have a bit of an "exaggerated" shape and aren't really comfortable

The washrooms were a bit small . the standard rooms too but cozy .

I mostly liked the location . it was about 01 minute walking distance from the train main station of Zurich , and there are many stops for tramways nearby . it is close to most tourist attraction points . the city tour by cruising is just 15 minutes walking distance , I enjoyed it. the staff was nice and helpful , they answer to all your questions or if you have any doubts or you want to know anything about the city .

We were located on another room, on 3rd stage because of the fridge which stopped working on a Friday late afternoon. The second room we were put in (despite being "sold" as "same category" of the previous one we were, was tiny, dark, with a malfunctioning air conditioning (just air, no heat, no cold). Mr. Ahmad (?) PROMISED to call us on Monday (tops) as soon as the problem were solved (changing the refrigerator seemed to be a huge major issue, apparently). I'm waiting for his phone call until now. My request and/or my problem was simply ignored.

First room we've stayed was luminous, spacious and perfect, except for the refrigerator, which stopped working.

Tiny elevators. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor first where half the rooms on that floor had five stairs low. Very strange. I have trouble with stairs so I had to return to the reception to change my room to avoid stairs. It was fully booked so she made me wait but gave me a room on different floor at the end. I highly recommend to add a note when booking if stairs is a problem for you.

The property was built in the 1800’s, so expect it to be a little dated.

The facility is in the heart of Zurich. One minute walk from Zurich HB station. The room was super spacious and comfortable.

There were many stairs in the hotel that we need to carry our luggages across even to get to the hotel. Elevator was too small. Booked two exactly same room types but it had differing sizes. One has bigger room but small bathroom, the other room has smaller room but spacious bathroom.

The shower is a nightmare with no seal at the bottom of the shower screen first night spent 30 minutes clearing up the mess on the floor rediculous,also the shower rail placement is in a stupid position,you could already see the damage its doing to the door and trims,which is a shame with such a new room xxx

The location is an easy 3 min walk from the train st. The room was excellent and a very good size but we had a corner room which seemed better than the standard room.

Hot water in the mornings for shower was not OK, maybe due to peak consumption and boiler capacity. I asked to the reception but could not get any reply.

Location excellent. Very close to central train station and trams, located on the Bahnhofstrasse with all the best shops.

Freshly renovated and smells like paint, shower area had a small piece of glass which isn’t useful and the whole washroom gets wet.
