The price is a little steep for a night. There is no additional facilities to the hotel that warrant a price over 200 CHF a night. No pool, no rec center or Spa.

The hotel is 4 minutes from the train station, the breakfast had a good variety so a vegetarian could also enjoy some food. The rooms were big and spacious, the bathrooms were neat and clean. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous.

The location was perfect-right next to Zürich HB trains. You can access almost any Switzerland city by train from here!

Hotel location was very good its almost 2 mins walking from main train station. The bed was very clean and comfy in general room and facilities were very nice. Only problem was the hotel located in main street and it was too much noisy until 3-4 am. People outside weekends were playing music, shouting and that was little bit problem. But in general its nice place to stay.

The property and decor in common areas are outdated but generally clean. The breakfast buffet was expensive $30CHF per person for very limited selection of basic breakfast food. The hot foods trays were empty and not refilled even as more guests came into dining area for breakfast. Overall our stay is fine however I’d rate this a 3 star property and experience rather than a 4 star

A very central location across street from main train station and on one of the main shopping streets for shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to Lake Zürich and Old town. The room and bed linens were clean - room was partially updated and remodeled.

The carpets looked old, few stairs going to the room with our luggages was a challenge.

The tea and coffee facilities in the room were actually just coffee facilities. Hot water from a coffee machine to make tea is disgusting as it smells and tastes like coffee. The bed could do with a new mattress. There was a hole in the middle

Our shower leaked the moment we turned on the water! The seal on the door was faulty! We ended up with a pool of water around the toilet as it had nowhere to go :( Floor was wet all night long a bit daunting to use toilet. We had a coffee machine in the room , 4 pods but no milk - would have loved some milk.

Great night sleep, super comfortable bed and block out curtains really helped. The towels were large and fluffy too. The coffee machine was a lovely bonus. Had a small fridge too .

Coffee cups were not clean when we arrived so we got new ones. Next day the new ones had not been cleaned and we had to get additional coffee pods from front desk.

The room was a bit hot. We visited in a warm part of September just after a cold spell. Although the room appeared to have air conditioning it could not be turned on from the room.

The location was very handy to the railway station and also easy access to the main town areas.
