Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was perfect. I didn’t find any negative point. The self check-in process was smooth and easy via a touch screen that prints your room key card. The studio is spacious with a comfortable bed, an amazing shower and a fully equipped kitchen. I was able to cook my food. The place is quiet and private. The location was perfect for me. It’s not in the old city but there is a tram stop and a big supermarket 1 min walking away from the apartment, in addition to many restaurants and cafes in and around the area. The old city is 20-25 mins walking away (lovely walk). I stayed 5 nights and can warmly recommend!

United StatesThis location is right by a tram line stop, and the tram makes all of the business area of Zurich and access to the main Zurich train station very convenient, just a couple minutes away. In the evening, there were numerous eateries nearby.

United KingdomA very sophisticated check in screen outside the apartments. Unfortunately it was pouring with rain at night with no shelter. A lot of detailed information was required some of which was with my paperwork in my luggage. It was an initial frustrating process without any forewarning that this was all required to gain entry. It also took me a while to realise that the entry card had been delivered at the base of the screen.
Basic. Clean. Without frills and a good comfortable bed. I very much enjoyed the Landsmeeer Museum.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was bigger than I thought and that was very nice. The shower was new and good. It was quiet, so I was able to sleep well. I loved that there were a lot of amenities like soap, shampoo body and hair, towels, an iron, and a hairdryer. There were also tea bags and coffee. There was even a big TV. The hotel is close to the Coop supermarket, which made it a very convenient place.

SingaporeIt is close to a happening spot, with bars and pubs nearby. But the soundproofing is good, once the windows are closed, you cant hear anything.
The ease of self checking in. CLear instructions on how to check in at the machine and the cardkey is issued out. Love the cleanliness of the room, safe and close to a supermarket and restaurants. Its a 30mins walk to the train station which I took with my suitcases to make my way to the airport. Value for money and the hot water is none of those mix and trial taps, just get to the desired temperature and you get the perfect temperature shower everytime!

JapanCustomer service is terrible. They won’t reply nor take a phone call even though the guest is facing a big trouble of not able to check-in. Also, ground floor of this guesthouse is restaurant and noisy until 12am since it is an old building.
Price is cheaper than the others. However, service and room is more cheap than the price.

Comfiest bed ever! Lovely little room in a nice location. Check in was so easy, there was a machine outside the door for you to get your keycard. Big bathroom with shower and the room itself had a wardrobe with hangers included. Flatscreen on wall and a coffeemaker with a few different kinds of coffee! Most importantly free WiFi which for someone travelling from the EU was very necessary!!

Easy self check-in service at the entrance. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillow, towels and shower facilities were provided, hot water, small desk and chair were handy, plenty of hooks and hangers to hang up clothing, with the window closed the room was quiet (otherwise usual city noise of restaurants and trams passing by). For my one night business stay the room met my needs perfectly!
