The texture of the pillowcase and duvet were a little bit rough. Apart from that, everything was superb and perfect.

Kareem the receptionist is very accomodating, giving us valuable information which we were able to utilize during our trip. Also, he is very polite and friendly during our stay. He even sang a birthday song for me which was very nice of him. The room smells very nice and very clean, everything that we need is there. The ambiance of the room is very homey. The towels were replaced immediately the day after even we didnt request it. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in all of our travels.

- The asian-guy in the reception was extremely Rude, arrogant and definitely not welcoming!! - The breakfast was below average and not a lot of options to select from.

Granted the checkin time starts at 3 PM. It would still have been nice to be allowed to check in a bit ahead of time like some hotels allow and use the room to freshen up. To the hotel's credit, they do have a place to store luggage even if there is some time for checkin.

Friendly staff. They gave us useful directions and did us a favour by warming our food and letting us eat in the dining area below (eating in rooms not allowed). Plus the staff gave us some useful tips on the best ticket to buy for the intended siteseeing spots. This saved us a decent amount of money. Breakfast options were quite decent and standard, free beverages for guests were included even outside of breakfast times. I guess they are used to Asian/Indian tourists - there even was rice on the menu. The location is quite accessible from either Train stations (closer to West). Rooms were clean and so was the bathroom.

The reception was so friendly and kind. We checked in early and they let us drop off our bags. They also gave us bus cards to use through the city, which was great and even upgraded our room. The breakfast was really good and the facilities were clean. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were quiet. I will stay with Hotel Minerva again.

Room was small. Bed was small. No fridge in room. Bathing spot was too small someone might not be able to seat down. Some of the breakfast item was small and no much variety of food choices to choose from. The space for using the toilet seat area was small.

Great location, scenic walk away from Interlaken Ost station, really pleasant and clean rooms, budget friendly. For us, everything was perfect: location, cleanliness, 360 view from room, budget and comfort. The staff, specifically Mr. Karim and Ms. Maite were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would come back anytime with pleasure. Thank you!

horrible mouldy bathroom. mould just frequently painted over. should all be ripped out, waterproofed and tiled with normal shower and drain. beds too soft. linen is awful. AC is wired for UK so doesn’t plug into available plugs. weird staff at breakfast, doesn’t speak much English, had a bit of attitude and the breakfast buffet is terrible/almost non existent regardless of time of day. Should be a buffet, not a half prepared table with things coming out that weren’t asked for.

Good check in experience and knowledge of area. Some music at breakfast. Cleaner does a great job and friendly.

didn’t gave us any choice to park the car. Not a big problem because they tried to help us by saying us where you could park, however I had to woke up at 7 am to put a parking ticket in the car.

The hotel stay was awesome. The manager was polite and gracious. The room was very very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast and the servings were generous. Thank you to the staff for making the stay immensely wonderful. Will most definitely stay here again .

The front desk closes, and key was heavy to carry so we had to abide by her timings to come to the hotel. very bad bed,extremely uncomfortable we kept falling between them. very small bathroom.
