There was quite some miscommunication. We were informed that breakfast is at a partner's place. We went there and were served a specific menu. But then also charged for the breakfast at the end. It doesn't make ANY sense. If I had to pay for my breakfast, why would I go to that specific place and eat that specific menu. I could have gone anywhere better. It would be better to not trick the guests into this partner's place from the future.

It’s above a nightclub so there was music thumping all night and an AC unit from restaurant super loud outside also. As a light sleeper this made it very hard to sleep so just come prepared for that.

Reception staff very cold and clinical in attitude, in my opinion.. I did not feel relaxed at all in case I did something wrong and get told off !!. You can here hotel guests and cleaning staff talking in the corridor whilst in your room. Some leaving the hotel around 5 am in the morning, I had a very disturbed sleep with all the comings and goings in the corridor, whilst I tried to sleep. The pillows were too soft.

It was a challenge to find the entrance , as the signs that suppose to follow is Los Lorentes, different from the hotel name advertised here.

The rooms were warm and cozy. The staff is very responsive and also attends to your needs well! Location was nice too, just a few mins walk to train station.

Crazy street noise! The room was hot. No AC. We had the window open, but there is a club downstairs that's really noisy! Where I'm from every neighbour would call the police on them. We couldn't sleep most of the night.. because with the window closed it got way too hot.

The staff was very nice and the location is good. There is also a garage just for bicycles, which is really nice.

They don’t offer breakfast in the same building and the one they offer in front is a bit pricey, but it’s easy to find other options around.

We absolutely loved this hotel in Switzerland, not only for the price, but for the kind treatment we got at the reception, always very open to provide answers and recommendations. Inside, there’s always coffee and tea, and the rooms are huge and comfy. Thank you all for everything!!!

Parking space seems limited but plenty of street parking.

The room is very big, cozy, clean and comfortable. It even has a washer and dryer. Plenty of towels and a big bathtub. I love it. If I was visiting someday in the future I would definitely repeat the booking of this hotel.

Instructions to get in were complicated and only in French.

A challenge to access the apartment (instructions only in French) but the apartment was great - very clean and comfortable. Secure parking, very close to the centre of town, walking distance to the centre and lots of restaurants.

confusion in understanding our booking

We booked 3 bedroom family suit but when we reached only 1 bedroom key was given to us and reception were cloed already, when we called multiple times and asked for other bedroom and explained our booking, then only they sent someone with other bedroom key. there was confusion from their side.
