Wifi connection was terminated at 11:00 when vacating the room. It would have been useful to have it for a couple of hours afterwards whilst relaxing on the terrace. Cost of local taxi, booked by the hotel, back to the airport cost £169 which I thought was too expensive!!

It has a beautiful terrace for having breakfast or lunch. Room heating you can regulate by yourself. Shower space narrow, but good. Good breakfast

We loved the beautiful building, the manager was very kind and the breakfast was great!

I noticed one of the towels were dirty,I didn’t mind because we had plenty to use but please be more careful.

The view was so incredible even on a not so sunny winter day. It was so peaceful and it has a nostalgic vibe that really makes this a place I will like to come by again in the future. Can’t wait to visit on a summer or snowy day.

Due to some renovations a strong odour of paint and chemicals entered the room , so I sure had to leave the window open during the day and night.

This hotel had welcoming staff and a beautiful ambiance, well worth the trip out of Zurich if you need to visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious ,especially the variety of super fresh bread.

No air conditioning and put in a single bedroom in a loft where you could not brush your teeth’s without hitting your head. Was like a sweat box

The Property has NO ELEVATOR. It is really hard to bring your suite case up on your room with no help at all. The lady that was on duty the morning of our first night, was kinda rude not to us but to others and we understand because she was alone and doing all this things just by herself but it really annoying to feel the irritated vibes from her while we are having breakfast.

I like the breakfast area overlooking the lake, the breakfast spread is great compared to other hotels I stayed in Switzerland.

Toilet was old fashioned with tiles

The hotel was located beside Lake Zurich and a small harbour. The room was well kept with old furnitures. Bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. The breakfast was even more wonderful with good spread. There was limited free parking space about 200m from the hotel. The hotel probably ideal if you are driving and needed to have a short stop while travelling along the less busy route. Cleanliness was top notch!

Restaurant was quite expensive, but the service was excellent and you are paying for the convenience of just walking upstairs back to your bedroom when the meal is finished.

Lovely room with lake view. Comfortable bed and really quiet at night. Excellent breakfast with good coffee that gets served to you at the table, no general coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and were flexible with giving some of our group an early packed breakfast on the Sunday morning before the allotted breakfast start time.

Our room is at the top floor and I don't like the rooms with low ceiling. Maybe rooms on the lower floors could be a better option. The worst part was that the bed was squeaking as you turn around in the bed.

The location of the hotel is very close to Zurich center and we really liked the view on the porch of the restaurant. Lovely breakfast and the staff was really friendly.

The hotel has no parking, but one can find free spots nearby (white zones, few hours for free). The stairways to the hotel rooms outside of the main building (in the smaller annex on the left) essentially pass the open doors of the restaurant kitchen.

Received a room upgrade, which was very nice with a breathtaking view over the lake. Very friendly staff. Charming restaurant terrace with an amazing view.
