The location is really nice. Beautiful view, family friendly location. Playground for the kids is available, also a small swimming pool was a nice bonus ☺️

The rooms are poorly sound insulated - there is a lot of noise from the corridor and walking and talking in neighbouring rooms.

It’s a basic hotel but it was clean, bathroom quite new and the room was plenty spacious for our family of 4 for one night.

It was a bit of a mountainous drive to get to the place if coming from Zurich

The village is peaceful and lovely. Unfortunately we did not stay there long enough. The hotel gives you a homely feel, they featured a top notch Turkish restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was nice too

The restaurant was very expensive. The hallway in the guesthouse smelled bad. The reception was unstaffed in the evening, and there was no way to reach them. This was frustrating when the tv did not work in our room. The receptionist also kept questioning wether I paid, which I did upon arrival.

The room was good. The little pool was nice. The breakfast was wonderful, though not cheap.

Rooms behind the main hotel have basic furniture ... plastic chairs or pieces of blank wood bedside tables. Also they don't leave the back door open, so you always need to enter the hotel from the front entrance. Not so good when you are wet after a wellness session. Restaurants are expensive can be $100 for 2 people.

Nice facilities and helpful, friendly staff. They don't just point and say "It's over there", they walk you to where you need to go.

It’s a village but the hotel charges SF8 for parking. Apparently the public parking charges too. Our room had a TV which was not working. Lights and odd step going to the washroom were very basic and badly thought out

Located in a small village not too far from Lichtenstein with great views of the mountains. We stayed at the guesthouse which is lower tier than main hotel so it was a good value. Complimentary access to spa was a nice touch at the end of the day.

Interior of the hotel is really old. No kettles, glasses in the room, no menus, no information brochures, TVs are micro size and also really old. By the entrance to the hotel the ceiling was leaking and no one pays attention to the large puddle of water. The snooker and Bowling are also really old but still nice to have it. We didn't received the room which we chose. Just in the second day we moved to proper room.

Friendly staff, basic, clean, very comfortable. We were there for the Irish openair Festival and the hotel provided us with free bus tickets to get there, 20 mins away. Super Thai Restaurant attached to the hotel. Loved our stay

The building where the family rooms are situated is a bit noisy, we could here other families walking/running and kids playing as most of the building floors seems to be made of wood.

One of the beds. It has very taught connectors that we could feel during the night. And would be great to have ability to make a tea in the room and enjoy it on the terrace.

The location was beautiful. We walked to the bus station. It was in a small town, but grocery was close by. The pool and sauna were wonderful. We loved the big yard to relax in. The size of the rooms was excellent in comparsion to other hotels we have stayed in. We also really liked having our own large balcony.
