Lots of noise and disruption from other guests, sometimes all night. On my final morning, there was no hot water for a shower.

The building had people of a dubious nature staying there, the kitchen was a mess, the duvet had stains, there was a buildup of dust in the corners of the room (normally not a problem if hidden). The furniture looked like it had been selvedged from the streets, and the main light of the bedroom had no light bulb. There was a side lamp in the corner (not even next to the bed) that i had to find in the dark. There were no plugs accessible near the bedside tables. And tge towels supplied were super rough and scratched my skin. I am an easy going person and do not generally complain. So to write this gives me anxiety. But i hope it helps you make an informed decision. I messaged the building's contact about the light the moment i arrived and I still have not received an answer.

Getting the keys was not easy. We did not receive any code. We waited more than an hour for the employee to come and open the room for us, and we were tired. The room doesn't look like the pictures. No elevator. Communication with the hotel manager was not easy.

The worker was very rude and unhelpful during check in. Multiple times, guests piled up at the entrance, confused as to how to get inside. In the stairwell was a box from a fetish sex toy set, felt somewhat uncomfortable about this. Sheets were dirty upon check in and left with bug bites, but did not find bugs. All bathrooms were flooded the whole time, bring flip flops. Definitely not worth the price.

The lack of consideration of other guests in close proximity... family with a baby that made a lot of noise.early in the morning. No attempt to contain the noise by keeping their door shut. Everyone else was conscious of other guests

When I book hotel after when I am waiting for key they said we change the hotel you can go there and it showing 12mintues and is not good as well I don’t know in that midnight knock the rooms and not suitable for couples and not worth for money as well I am very upset I want to change the hotel but they told we are not paying back and it is not refundable

Oh god, I will start with the big thing. This place often sees bad tenants. On the first floor, there were tenants smoking marijuana, on my floor, there was a lady either with bad mental problems, or doing opioids. Screaming in 7:30 in the morning wasn't pleasant to say the least. Which is a shame, since the place itself is really cozy. There are no cameras in the public spaces (kitchen and hallways) and this brings to the sense of "unlawfulness". I would recommend installing cameras, at least in an attempt to bring down "crime rate". I couldn't find floor cleaning supplies (broom or a mop) in the kitchen or water closets, so I couldn't even clean the kitchen properly after I used it. I would seriously recommend bringing a broom at least, or if there is one, leave it in a more visible place. Kitchen didn't have many utensils, namely bowls and ceramic cups for coffee. Another tenant had to drink water from a champagne glass.

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall feel of the apartments, they were cozy and modern, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The check-in and check-out is fast, the location is good, but this applies to all of Zurich, due to the great public transport. There was an Android TV in the room which is a nice plus! Wi-Fi is fast. Our room smelled nice and had a nice view. Everything in the kitchen worked. I really liked that there were shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, I would only recommend installing a dispenser for them, since straight out of the bottle, a lot more came out than I actually needed (so you might save some money in the long term)

Wrong information, no guaranteed parking. Only two spots for all guests, contrary to Information, they do not let you reserve. Honest and friendly inquiries were met with hostility after which she hung up on us. Travelled a lot, never experienced anything alike.

The kitchen wasn’t clean and it’s shared with other house mates. I wasn't aware the toilet bathroom and kitchen were shared at the time of booking. The microwave was dirty and not functional. The dishwasher was in a mess. The toilet and bathroom were. It very clean. The room was very hot with no fan or air conditioner and my family struggled to sleep. I will definitely not recommend

Filthy. Smell of cigarette in the bedroom. Rotten food in the fridge, dishwasher, and oven. Under-equipped kitchen. Loud guests who one night cooked a meal they left burnt on the only pot available, which we had to clean ourselves so we could cook.

The pillows they provided to sleep on were very small throw pillows, the blankets had stains on them, the towels felt like sand paper and the mattress was incredibly hard and very uncomfortable. You can hear every word and movement from the other people staying there, it was tough to get a decent nights sleep. When checking in, there was no one there to assist you, you had to enter the last 4 of your booking number into a safe and it would spit out your room key. We did this with our booking number several times and nothing was happening, so we had to call the number listed there and they said to use a completely different code. Just felt very unorganized
