They had an emergency issue with the AC and heater were they catch fire while we were there and they took at least to 2 nights trying to fix it before we left. The towels were little bit old

Unique hotel with innovative ideas, support the sport. It was very nice experience. AC was good before they had a fire issue, every things were great and nice.

The room was beautiful - loads of really fun features that enhanced our stay. Breakfast was fantastic too - delicious, high quality and fresh. We will definitely come back any time, and explore other 25hours hotels too!

The staff couldn't do enough to help and always with a smile and made everything easy and no trouble. Free minibar very day is amazing. The rooms are so quiet. The tram stop is just outside.

I stayed in two rooms during the same visit, second room was a bit smelly and could be cleaner.

The hotel and rooms design are funky as you would expect 25h with different options in the lobby in case you wanted to chill or work. The hotel is right in front of a tram station which helped a lot with moving around. The staff is super friendly and helpful and gave us access to the parking to charge our car.

Enjoyed playing foosball, ping-pong, and pool. The Gym was tiny, but had all you need; relaxing yoga/sauna space. The building has tasteful design with functional design elements. Close to tram stop.

Great location and very cute/ modern room! We did the bunk beds - room was spacious and so cute! Has elevator and AC! We went for the eras tour! Walkable from the stadium and The Coop is down the street! As well as public transit!

Whilst we loved the bedroom and bunk beds (for single beds they were quite wide and spacious and very comfortable) but book with caution if afraid of heights as they are very high and not the easiest to climb up on. But once up there they are cozy and have space to plug things in, a side table and control of the lights. For a 25-hour hotel I would love there to be a very small 24 hour room service menu - as being so close to the stadium I am sure lots of event attendees stay here and if you know Switzerland at all options late are extremely limited but this is just a nice to have and they do have some fridges downstairs with a couple of cold options

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (we were able to check-in early which was perfect as we were attending an event). The decor and facilities were really fun and loved all the little touches throughout including the leisure equipment (pool, table football and table tennis, little messages everywhere and even ancouple of sports equipment bit in the room). We didnt get to use the sauna or gym but I did check them out and they looked very nice and the mini bar is free with the room (water, coke, beer and a couple of snacks). We absolutely loved our room (bunk beds) and the restaurant was also very good and again incredibly friendly staff throughout. I genuinely cant wait to return

The air-conditioning is pretty weak, the room is quite dark, there was no entrance light, only the bed, table and toilet lights, and opening the windows shadings is not comfortable.
