No aircondition! Room was boiling hot and can't open the window as the trains are running all night and very close to the hotel!

Childish gimmicks at every turn, but unable to cover the basics. Not only was our room dirty and uncomfortable, but we were also asked for a large and completely unreasonable deposit to cover potential thefts of the room interiors. Apparently this is a general hotel policy. We won’t be staying in a 25hrs again.

The hotel has more the touch of a hostel for backpackers. The towels we had where torn and old. We arrived shortly after 22:00h and the kitchen was closed already.

Unfortunately there is not much I can say what I liked except maybe that the beverages in the room where free of charge. Size of the room was okey.

Location is too far from city centre 20mnts by ok yes regular trams. Under the banner of ethical sustainability I’ve included a photo of the state of some of the towels that are given to guests. (suggestion! donate these towels to animal shelters) Hotels breakfast policy book breakfast the night before cost 27 CHF per person don’t book cost 33 CHF for the same breakfast per person. Gouging at its best. Parking is also expensive To add insult to injury we left the sign for our room to be cleaned at 9:30am We returned at 4pm room has still not been cleaned. Reception advised we didn’t inform them. We’ve been here 4 days now haven’t had to inform reception to date. Under the banner of “environmental program”we were advised they will not clean your room unless you inform reception. Never mind the sign asking for our room to be cleaned that was left on the door which they actually provide. Not one review calling out these meaningless procedure’s. Perhaps this is why they can get away with so much slackness.

The staff at breakfast are a credit to this place Especially Αziz he is conducts himself above and beyond he is a considered kind human being an asset to this place. Hotel is fairly new and rooms a specious.

Childish vibe, strange decor , a little out of town but very noisy from the trains, room dark, lighting poor, if you don’t pre book breakfast it’s 33chf each! We didn’t bother , parking also expensive @ 25chf per day, we travelled all over Switzerland and this was our least favourite hotel

Very average, designed by kids and run by kids , fridge in the room was helpful with a few complementary drinks

I would suggest to hoover the rooms at least every second day. The carpet seemed to be a little bit dusty.

Lighting in rooms is very dim. Bathroom only has small, oddly shaped mirror, and a window between the bathroom and the rest of the room. There is a curtain, but it is decorated with holes.

Rooms had enough space, decor was interesting. Staff were helpful. Very close to tram stop.

staff were sometimes a bit short and cold towards us for no reason. would be nice to at least have a kettle and some spoons in the room as i had to ask for spoons for my medication and it felt like it was a whole ordeal for staff to let me borrow spoons.

location was good, room was spacious, nice to have complimentary mini fridge and loved the pool and table tennis tables. being able to use bikes for free was a super nice feature.

They were renovating the hotel when I was there. There was a lot if noise during the day. They also woke me in the morning with drilling. When I made the booking no one mentioned that there is work there.

The curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window, so it was really light in the room. Did not get a sauna bag, even after requesting it 3 times

I would suggest the Reception to be more attentive when a client asks for the Frigo bar to be filled up. I requested it twice at the reception during the 4 days, and in both cases, they forgot to fill it up. So, when I returned to the hotel from my day of work in the evening, I had to ask Reception again to fill the Frigo bar. It's certainly not a big deal, because in both cases after my second request they sent to my room somebody to "fill the gap": however, it's a bit annoying having to ask twice the same service. And that was the only requests I made during my stay at the hotel.

Location close to my offices in Zurich. Nice hotel in itself. I liked the terrasse where I had my breakfast during the 4 days. Staff at the reception are pleasant and welcoming.

The pillows were not comfortable, the door of shower opens to bathroom . I stayed two night but the service didn’t change our towel or clean our room

Many people stay in the hotel due to business trip, therefore the hotel should be prepared to have sufficient amount of irons available for the guests. Some of my colleagues struggle to get one and had to go to a business meeting with wrinkled clothes.

Good location regarding the business trip and good connection with the city center. Clean and comfortable room. Fair breakfast.
