the staf was not friendly, the rooms were very warm 22 degrees , there was no window to open and you could nor lower the temperature. Far to high to have a good night sleep

The room was not clean. Although we had the housekeeper every day, tissue dispenser and lavatory faucet never cleaned as there were a lot of dust on them. There was a pin on the floor which might have injured my children. Also there was trash from the previous guests so room was not cleaned properly before we entered the room. Also we had realised that we ran out of shampoo at the last night so we could not use it. Housekeepers did not seem to bother to check the shampoo boxes. The receptionist told us the start time of the breakfast. I specially asked the finish time. I was told that it finishes at 11 am. On Monday a waitress told us that breakfast will last within 10 minutes and it was 9:50. I told her that it should end at 11 am as I was told, she said it is for weekends only. Hotel charged higher amount than booking showed us. We objected but it was not compensated by the hotel. Team Leader was so rude and never listened to us and interrupted while we were trying to explain our demand.

We had a double bed and a sofa bed in the room. The sofa bed was slightly less comfortable than the double but still good.

Room was great. Beds were comfortable, the sofa bed was perfect and large for my daughter so she didn’t roll out of the bed. Comfortable cot mattress for the baby. Breakfast was fabulous either way a great choice. Staff really friendly and welcoming.

Nice hotel perfect to visit the city. You have the card to use all the bus and tram for free. The room is simple but with all the basic stuff. The breakfast is good.

The room is not sound-insulated to the outside. Every train passing on the tracks nearby can be heard, day and night. The mattress of the bed was too soft for my back and could have used more support in the center. The room has a board on one wall that could be called a desk, but it's not fit for working on it with a laptop, or laptop and files.

Check-in was fast and easy, staff very friendly. Free coffee in the lobby, always appreciated. The room was large and clean, the bathroom and shower spacious.

It's nice to have unlimited tea and coffee (and sometimes pastries) near the reception but it would be nice to also add water as it is more needed than the rest :)

The breakfast didn't change much every day but had everything we needed! The room was spacious enough and quiet, they provided a baby cot for our son that had everything he needed - sheets, blanket, pillow - Thank you! The reception kindly accepted to keep our luggage on the last day given that we would leave late.

The rooms were uncomfortable for a family. Hotel looked to be more for business travel and not for holiday.

The temperature; it is very hot in the hotel. Windows can’t be opened and room temperature can’t be set lower than 22 degrees. I am vegan and they told me they had enough offerings at breakfast. Once at breakfast they only had soy milk, patatjes and cooked vegetables. When I asked the person responsible was unfriendly and not flexible at all.

The view of the traintracks was not great but I am sure they would have accommodated a request to change rooms.i didn't bother asking as it was only one night ,but if you do book perhaps ask for city view?

Everything was great, from the reception to the breakfast. Clean, comfortable and convenient. The bath products were nice, shower pressure good and we had an excellent sleep in the silent room, excellent bed.
