A kettle and coffee in the room would be greatly appreciated The breakfast was slightly disappointing, a buffet would have been preferred so we could choose what we like. There was sufficient food just not to our taste for breakfast time. We would prefer more croissants/bread and apricot jam and no cold meat/cheese, granola with yoghurt etc. For this reason, we thought breakfast was expensive, as for us, it was just a croissant and coffee. We would return but not take the breakfast option.

Perfect for a catch up with family. A very convenient location for visiting the Aareschlucht and Ballenberg. A lovely cosy family room, the children loved the mezzanine. We had a good meal in the restaurant and considered the hotel and restaurant to be fairly priced. It was thick fog the night we arrived, so we were delighted to wake up to a sunny day and the most wonderful views.

Regrettably, I didn't conduct enough research. I overlooked the fact that Europe differs from the US, where not all buildings are equipped with elevators. This was challenging for my mother, who has difficulty with stairs due to her knees. However, this is not a reflection on the property itself.

The cabin is charming, boasting a stunning mountain view. The classic wooden design is appealing. The staff are amiable and accommodating. Additionally, there's a restaurant below that features a scenic patio view.

It's a minor issue, but you can hear people coming in and out of their rooms as the walls are thin and floors are wood

A normal hotel without frills for one night. The room is small, but it was indicated, the most important thing is that the toilet and shower are private, in the room, and not shared. Everything indicated in the description was in the room. The price is bearable for Switzerland. Next to the hotel - free parking along the road with a stunning view of the valley.

Absolutely amazing 🖤🏔️ It was a last minute booking as we're doing a road trip and needed somewhere to stop, but also wanted a view of the area. The room and location was perfect. The place did food which was perfect and delicious. The people were very nice and welcoming despite the language barrier it provided no issues. The room was super cute. I even bought a cable car lantern 🚡

As it’s along the road, it has a lot of noise while closing window is hot and muggy.

The location of the property allows you to explore both Jungfrau or other areas easily. Plus it has a nice restaurant that you never get hungry. The view of the room is also very nice and the room is simple but provide all you need! Even it does not have any kettle, but the staff is very helpful to help you all the times.
