How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our plane was delayed so we almost missed check-in which closes over night. The airport transit cost about what we saved by staying at this less expensive airport hotel. We saw others miss their transit because they had not been told to pre-book.
It was clean and adequate for an overnight layover.

It was a bit noisy with the window open, but we closed it to sleep and was very quiet. Also the shower head sprayed water under the door and soaked the bathroom floor. A bottom sweep would solve the problem.
The room was modern and comfortable, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly (spoke English), and they provided a very good breakfast (but breakfast staff was a bit snippy). There was a hair dryer and frig in the room as well and soap and lotion. The location of the hotel was surprisingly convenient once we figured out the bus stop leaving the airport which is 510 Rumlang Bahnhof. From there, you exit to the lower level and go under the train tracks. Turn left at the first street and find the walk way to the back of the hotel. A short walk and super easy to find. The bus ride to the airport was less than 15 minutes at 7:30 a.m. Good value for the quality and great for short stays near the airport.

Did not like the hard feeling.
No a very pleasant feeling. No warmth, no phone in room. Clean but hard. Certainly not fancy, I guess that’s what a reeducation center looks like,, Very good breakfast

They accepted big tour group and there wasn’t even coffee left in the coffee machine after I waited for hours.

I had 2 separate bookings, first one was not cleaned properly and the ceiling panel on the roof was falling apart. The second one was nice but it only had a portable fan. Should have better options for breakfast
It’s closer to the airport and there is a railway station just outside the entrance of the hotel, in case someone needs to go to the downtown, which takes about 20 mins

1. There is no room service on a daily basis. I had to ask for fresh towels/bedsheets and only towels were provided. Additionally, there was no toilet paper provided after forcing the reception for having the room cleaned. I was embarrassed by that. 2. The breakfast is very poor and doesn't even offer the basics (omelette, mushrooms, croissants, sweets). I was very disappointed by the fact that there was very low variety in food and drinks although the price is very high.
I really enjoyed the short distance from the train Rümlamg station and the fact that there is proper lighting even at night for my return.

Staff very grumpy. No attempt to connect with guests. Very functional. No need for repeat business clearly!
Bus shuttle was helpful. Hotel very basic but functional. It was an overnight flight connection need for us. It was ok. Did not hear any planes…so double glazing was good!

Very close to the airport, about 15min. by car.Recommended to those with late arriving or early departure. Parking at spot for 22CFH. Very good breakfast.

Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. We payed for a shuttle to the airport but it did never arrived and nobody at the reception gave us an answer neither gave us back the money we spent for a service we didn’t have at all. If we didn’t call a taxi by ourselves we would have lost our flight. Very bad experience!!!

Room was too warm even with aircon and ceiling fan. If you opened the balcony door the Jets sounded like they were coming in
Shuttle to airport was great service. Wished is remembered to book it on arrival instead of train, very expensive Breakfast was very good, able to access breakfast room to heat up our dinner
