Air conditioner wasn't good. Very busy and had wait several minutes to check in and check out.

The location is really good, easy access to Zurich airport and trams. 30 mins away from Zurich center. Room is good and cleaned well. Fully equipped room, a coffee machine, mini fridge and etc.

The rooms were quite small, but would could do things. The temperature minimum for the rooms made it very uncomfortable to sleep causing our whole family to get poor sleep. It felt like 23c.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate a request to book the 2 rooms next to each other. The location was easy to get to a tram or taxi to the old town and the airport.

There’s no telephone in the rooms. You can’t call reception or make inquiries unless you go to the reception downstairs. That was very awkward for a time we live in. Even for emergency situations telephone is crucial. I think the hotel should look into this and provide intercom to make correspondences easier and seamless

The hotel should pay more attention to cleaning! The first room I got was dirty from the previous guests. The nice lady at the reception gave me another room, which was comfortable and spacious. The cooking utensils had dried food rests on them though. While checking out I used the bathroom by the reception and it had dirty paper napkins in the case for the clean ones. Yuck!

Nice modern facilities, friendly staff, though often stressed with the long lines at the reception.

There’s nothing not to like . Sometimes there’s a bit of a queue to check in but I used the self service check in machine and it worked perfectly

Great location only 200m from the tram to the airport or the city , The room was clean and a very good size with everything you need . I had a superior studio suite with a fridge , cooking facilities and even a dish washer . The bathroom was also quite big . Theres a nice gym and washing machines / tumble dryers available too. The air conditioning worked perfectly . This place is really good value for money in Zurich

The check-in was completely self-service which was unknown to us when we made the booking initially. It was straightforward enough, but after a long day, it was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, we couldn't find a way to turn off the air conditioning in our room and found the comforter to be too small for two people. So, while the mattress itself was fairly comfortable, the sleeping situation given the cold air and the small comforter wasn't ideal.

The lobby area was clean, spacious, and modern. The room was small but definitely worked for the 2 of us for one night. There's also a workspace inside the room if you are there on business. I found the bathroom to be especially nice: spacious, clean, and the shower was great. While not centrally located within Zürich, it is rather close to the airport and just a few tram stops away from a bigger train station with plenty of connections.

The beds are cheap and not very comfortable. If you weigh more than 55 kg they will feel like a rollaway extra bed. Also make sure you dont book a room facing the road. You hear everything. Had to upgrade to a courtyard room. Had to check in myself. Not a problem for me as a former hotel veteran. Might be complecated for less tech experianced person.

Had to change the room 3 times upon check in until I was finally given the room I booked. Kept getting a room of lower category with no couch although I booked and paid for a room of the highest category featuring a couch. The cleaning and main is mediocre, there was black hair on the shower walls (I’m blond), room wasn’t vacuumed, the shower drainage didn’t work. I had exactly 60 seconds to shower before the shower started overflowing.
