Restaurant was always busy and need to have reservation.

The restaurant LUIGIO is excellent and has great food. Maluma’s Tour Crew and Dancers were also staying at the hotel. Hotel was a 3 min drive or 10 min walk to Hallenstadion.

It would have been nice to have an extra duvet on the double bed. It is also not the closest to the city, but we wanted exactly that location.

The hotel is really close to the Hallenstadion, where our concert was. You can either take the tram or walk 15 minutes. The tram station that is nearest to the hotel is still in the inner zone, so you don't need an extra ticket. There is also a big supermarket nearby if you need food or toiletries. A pharmacy is also there.

Cons: Heating is a huge problem. It simply does not work. The controller is there but when you change the temperature nothing happens. It was very cold outside and room temperature was 18-19 degerees. Some amenities were broken (soap dispenser, see photo). The kettle needs some proper descaling (see photo). One of the windows is broken so it does not close properly. You can feel the breeze and street noise through the closed window. The room is dark and lights inside are not that great. It feels like a concrete dungeon. Maybe other rooms are better but this one was not that great. Breakfast is too expensive (30 euros per person).

The location is excellent. There are shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well as tram stations so you can reach the city center and the Zurich airport easily. Check in and check out were OK. Good value for money compared to other places in the area.

- No way to contact the front desk from the room - Cheap quality dishwasher detergent provided. Utensils weren’t getting cleaned properly - Small sized suite, which wasn’t really value for money

- Good location - Suite with kitchenette, utensils, dishwasher etc - Friendly staff, especially housekeeping - Clean and comfortable - Self-service laundry lounges available in the property (3 CHF/cycle)

Parking was very expensive as we hired a car for one day and had to park at the hotel overnight.

Property was nice and located very close to the airport, I believe it’s a business property with a restaurant.

WiFi connection needs a Radisson account. Charging point was not working. Check in process was always automated and not better compared to a human check in

Noise from other rooms, and smell from cooking from neighbors. Obviously, the walls are too thin so there is no isolation. The bed is small and not so comfortable. The light in the room must improve.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel.has parking upon payment, which helped a lot.

Sadly when we arrived a lot of the kitchen and hotel room supplies were missing. We had to empty the dishwasher in order to find a few mix match dishes and parts of the bathroom/kitchen were overlooked when cleaning.

Staff was actually very receptive regarding our complaints and stayed friendly and offered their ears. The suite was decently sized

The hotel had a very modern vibe, in the lobby there is a modern Coworking area and a nice restaurant. The room was clean and the hotel placement was very close to public transport.

Clean hotel, friendly staff & for us the location was great. 20 min tram ride and you’re in the city. Meaning that you’re not in a busy area but also not to far away from the city. Tram stops to the city and the airport are a 3 min walk from the hotel. There’s also a supermarket next to the hotel. We had a room with a kitchenette so that was great.

Lighting in the room was too dim.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Like the fact that there was a mini fridge, Kettle and items to make tea, coffee and chocolate.
