Great location. They will pick you up from the train station so you don't have to drag your luggage uphill. Nice room. Staff was very helpful when we used the guest laundry facility. Nice breakfast. Would recommend for a stay in Wengen.

They could have been more sensitive when the power went out. Large, rather impersonal hotel.

"Garden View" - hardly. Power went out and when I asked for a flashlight or candle, they asked me why I needed it. Breakfast was very nice, and they tried to accomodate my vegan diet.

Location with spectacular views of the Jungfraujoch. Personel at reception & in restaurant were very attentive and friendly. Very quiet, just steps from main street & train station.

The breakfast buffet options were abundant , and everything was delicious! At the end of our hall there was a balcony with chairs, where we enjoyed a breath- taking view. We were kindly picked up at the station.

Excellent view, on a clear day you have the almighty jungfrau right in front of you, and you can see Lauterbrunen down in the valey, it's breathtaking.

The views were breathtaking, words just can’t describe how beautiful the views are. Wengen was much quieter than Grindelwald. We’re so lucky we chose Wengen over Grindelwald. With the travel pass you can access all of the different parts of the Eiger Jungfrau mountain areas, the trains and cable cars are quite frequent so you don’t need to worry about timetables too much. The shuttle to and from the hotel to the train station was great, although it wasn’t too bad just wheeling your luggage back down if you have to leave your accomodation early. It was only a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was great. The hotel is close to all the shops and restaurants, staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Wengen and Jungfraublick and Switzerland for that matter. We found it very expensive, but we would do it again without hesitation as it was just that good. If we come back to Wengen we will definitely be staying at jungfraublick.

It takes about 8-10 mins of uphill walk from Wengen station. The hotel picked us up from Wengen train station when we arrived but not for the return trip. Not sure if it is the hotel’s policy or not allowed in this car-free town.

The rooms are definitely a bit dated style wise but the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The view was incredible, best view in town. Breakfast that was included was also delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful - I injured my foot and they were prompt to get me ice in a sealed bag. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Many choices. Our room was clean and spacious with a million dollar view. We had dinner on the. deck on our first night. It was good - we had fondue which was delicious. All in all we had an excellent stay and were sad to leave!

Room was a bit small and the shower head was very small and therefore the water stream was very intense (very minor thing comparing to all the amazing things that the hotel provided).

I spent 2 wonderful days with my family in this hotel. We were extremely pleasantly impressed by the hospitality of the hosts, the warmth with which we were treated. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the landscapes are dreamlike. Wengen seems like a small town from stories.

The style of the hotel is dated- looks like the 80s. The breakfast didn’t have hot foods, except make your own boiled eggs, which wasn’t great.

Room had a nice balcony with beautiful views. Friendly, helpful staff at reception. Very nice location at top of town. Close to gondola, and village shops. Nice terrace/patio under shade trees for cocktails with a view!

Wengen is perfect - the hotel is very well placed - value to cost a bit high. We had a great time in the area.
