The location was fantastic; and the room was bigger than expected. I had a deck which was very unexpected bonus. This was my second stay at this hotel and I would return. The staff were very pleasant to deal with. Finally, the location was ideal to restaurants, public transportation and the train station.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was a great perk to also get a free public transport ticket for the duration of our stay. The cleaning staff kept the place very clean and tidy and made sure the room was restocked with essentials each day. We appreciated the air conditioned room to escape from the high temperatures outdoors.

Probably not enough space to have a breakfast (some queues), you are not supposed to prepare a coffee for yourself, you have to ask for it and spend some minutes waiting for it (5-20 mins.)

Room is very tiny. The pictures of the room are not accurate, for instance there is no bath tube just a shower.

Hotel is very close to the Geneve main station. Staff is so kind and helpful. I expect just a croissant and a coffee but there are many things at the breakfast.

Twin beds could have a gap between them for guests who want to sleep separately.

The hotel itself was fine. Probably not a place for children given proximity to the red light district.

Room was clean, very quiet and location was very close to the main train station, which I used a lot, and also a short walk from the main central bus terminal. It should be noted that this location is very close to the red light district, and on my first evening there, to my surprise, I was approached by a lady who held no attraction for me whatever. As I was walking through the area each day, I was learning a little more each time.

Location was excellent. Size of room was good great air conditioning. Good water pressure. Good breakfast ( they had mango lassi also as juices which was a really nice). Quiet room. Also had a great « laverie » few doors down to do your washing at reasonable price.

1. Taps in the bathroom had very little pressure. 2. It would have been nice to have the lift go to the garage. We had to lug heavy suitcases up quite a few stairs to Reception. 3. Breakfast was very expensive and the mini breakfast for 9 CHF only entitled you to either one piece of bread or one croissant and coffee. A bit stingy.

Everything was very good, especially the Reception staff. Very nice hotel altogether. The bedroom was spacious, well air-conditioned, with plenty of closet and cupboard space as well as adequate flat surfaces for personal items. We were very comfortable. Easy access from train or bus station. Only about 200 metres from lake.

The location is not in the most salubrious suburbs, but is quite safe. The price is more like that for a 4*.
