The heating in the room could not be controlled, similarly the boot racks in the ski room stayed cold all night, the hotel restaurant was closed.

Rusty and polluted (metal?) warm water, barely available reception, screen on the left side isnt really visible - should be placed somewhere, where its logical for the guests! Broken toilet in the spa area, no fresh bathtowels at the sauna on Saturday, nearly no possibilities to hang the towels in the spa, way to hot/thick blankets - we were sweating every night, no normal table available (to work), mess to make bookings (directly, not through booking), staff isn't invested (no clue about operating hours of skiing area, handing out guestcards only on requeirement (could have been done in advance or at leats ask the customer if we need it).

More attention could be paid to keeping the hot food a little warmer at breakfast. Other then that, there was a fantastic continental breakfast.

Fantastic stay overall. Accessible storage room for luggage etc., pre check-in & post check-out whilst skiing. Leisure facilities a big bonus. Room 203 was exceptional, almost like a small suite.

The lack of interest in keeping the guests happy was disappointing. The hotel and its management are either understaffed for the extra touch or simply not interested in offering an extra service.

We were only given essential information about our stay. No additional help or information about the resort or even the facilties in the Hotel were given. The reception was good for checking in and checking out, useless for everthing else. There was no bar. The Lobby could have been a nice place to relax in, if it were open. All was behind closed curtains. A real shame.

Not really a big issue, but some drawbacks that could be great to change: - Reception is closed between 12:00PM-14:00PM - Mandatory reservation of the restaurant at breakfast for the evening, even for the guests; we arrived during the day, so asking politely once worked - We talked german the best we could (we aren't swiss german native), please, a bit of english from the staff could help - Dust in the room; for a week stay, having the floor cleaned would be nice

Helpful staff Location (town center, close enough to ski lifts) and functionnality of the hotel (swimming pool, sauna and jaccuzzi were ok) were both great Family friendly

you can tell that stuff hasn’t found their groove yet. maybe needs a bit more attention to details and leadership as „one voice“ not the personal atmosphere as it used to be. Some info was not known to staff so didn’t look super professional. Budget rooms would be nice to maybe have a little bit extra storage (coat holder or shoe rack) but overall we had a nice stay.

Original room very small and not suitable for my low needed help. I never used it but was charged an extra £40 for cleaning. Not at all suitable for low accessory use Patio for new room was dirty. Weeds growing. Dirty chairs - no cushions. Breakfasts certainly not luxury. Often not replenished. Scrambled egg cold. China (like teapots) too heavy to hold. Floor very slippery Pillows poor quality- uncomfortable No grab rails in bathroom - no toiletries No tissues

The excellent staff help. Especially at Breakfast and opening doors. Bottled water in room - thank you. There used to be small refrigerators provided.

Breakfast started at 8am only which was a bit of a push as we had to rush to be ready on time for ski school. You can let them know if you wish breakfast from 7am but have to go to another restaurant/hotel for this which isn't ideal. Also, a minus was one of the receptionists which was impatient and not always helpful at times (to us and also other guests) and not the most welcoming 'face of house'.

Our room was spacious and very clean with a nice big balcony. Breakfast was nice and everything we wished for was there. The swimming area (pool and whirlpool) were great for the kids and us, as well as the sauna. Parking was very easy with direct access to the hotel from the underground parking.
