The hotel is quite a way from the ski lifts, but the shuttle was efficient and reliable, so not a problem.

The hotel has its own outpost of Mountain Air so all the hassle of getting equipment is taken away. There is a shuttle service to take you to the ski lifts. The room was outstanding, large and tranquil. Breakfast was excellent, and the spa was amazing.

Breakfast was great, but could grow boring - same thing day after day. I was astounded that two fried eggs cost and extra CHF8. should be included in the breakfast - crazy!!! The rooms and bathrooms are slightly tired, but of a good size. There didn't appear to be a gym.

Staff were super helpful. The spa area and the restaurant are superb. The daily lifts to the ski areas were quick and the drivers were friendly.

Great location, atmosphere an authentic and classy establishment. Staff were eager to please and very helpful with any requests. Baptiste from the ski room gave us excellent skis and tips and the drivers were very helpful in transporting us from the hotel to the ski lifts.

The Restaurant: Flavour was flat. Beef was tough. Boring food. Not enough waiters. Waiters need more service training. Have to wait for the bill for 20 minutes cause that waiter forgot about it and he has to pass that error to another waiter. It’s a shame cause I really liked the hotel. It would have been convenient to just go back straight to the hotel after a night festival concert and dine in the restaurant and not walk all the way to the city center for food. Unfortunately, my first dining experience at this restaurant wasn’t as pleasurable as I expect it to be. So I gave it another chance over lunch time (the burger was pretty decent this time). There was not much guest dining so I was hoping that the issue was with the lack of staffing due to the volume of diners. Unfortunately, it was the same poor service. On the good side note, there’s this one good black waiter [didn’t get the chance to get his name an thank him] who was very warm, welcoming and very attentive. I hope the other waiters would be the same as him. The other waiters were simply passive. I think it has something to do with the fact that I’m not white. Cause I’ve notice that they are more cordial towards their western diners (same waiter at the dinner). Will definitely be staying at their hotel again but probably not be dining at the restaurant (except with the inclusive self-service breakfast buffet).

If you’re in Verbier for the festival, this hotel is perfect for the location. It is equally distanced from the major concert venues of Verbier Festival: Salle des Combins and Église de Verbier Station. Receptionists are very nice and accommodating.

The temperature in the room was extremely high and it was not possible to adjust it

Very good facilities and great spa. The room was tiny but well decorated and comfortable. The location is convenient and the shuttle makes it very easy to reach any lift in a few minutes.
