Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThere is no manager at this hotel and while some of the staff were helpful, others didn't care. Both the TV and safe in our room were broken, but when we reported these problems nothing was done. We were told they were waiting for a replacement TV and we didn't have to worry about the safe because people in Zurich are "very honest " !! The hotel website advertises free continental breakfast but when we asked about this, were told it didn't come with our room plan. If you want a basic, clean hotel room in the city centre it's fine but don't expect anything more. And remember to be in before 11pm or you'll be locked out if you haven't brought your room keys.....seriously!

United StatesI kind of felt dupped. The "delux room" wasn't very delux. It was supposed to have a eating area, queen bed and sofa. It only had a bed. It was much smaller than i expected. And to top it off, rather than respond to the email i sent the owner about the room not matching the description, he ignored me and simply changed the description on the room so it would it be more accurate. Great hotel but if there's a problem, don't expect it to get solved or even get a response.
The location was amazing. Right in the heart of everything, shops, food, the train, entertainment. The staff was nice and accommodating.

United StatesLittle things…the tv didn’t work, no hanging hooks in bathroom for wet towels, no tp holder so the roll sat behind the toilet. Only 1 side table next to bed so hard no place to leave phone or water.
It was conveniently located to the train station and the city. The A/C worked great. Outlets and lights by each side of bed.

The reception of the hotel is at the dada bar, which is found at ground level. Hotel was clean and staff was welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from Zurich HB train station. Behind the hotel this a great number of restaurants and bars.

South AfricaThe entrance is in fact a bar - we walked right past it first time - not so great being stared at by bar guests whilst waiting for check-in, but for casual relaxed trips it's no stress otherwise.
Five minute walk from the main station, literally on the river with great views of central Zurich, in the middle of the nighttime bar/ daytime café and shopping scene, direct tram to/from the airport, friendly staff, very comfortable for short stays in the city. Tip: get a room with a river view!

Switzerland1. Didn't have even 1 bottle of water in the room. Just only 2 empty glas. So we had to go to get some drinks downstairs by reception instead. 2. Bedsheets that have a hole on it. It's make a bed looked little bit low budget. 3. Safe can't even be opened. We Ended up with store our valuable in our luggage instead. 4. Television doesn't work at all during our stayed. 5. The booklet about hotel facilities and info. Doesn't explain anything clearly how to use safe, Television, or guest a guest what one should do when things not working in the room. Apart from all this small things. We did had a great time stayed there.
The staff were very nice and friendly. When we got to the room. Although it's looked small but after we did looked around. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and I like it very much that's air-conditioning working very well and the bathroom is big enough and very clean. So it's make the room so nice and for the prices was reasonable. So we hope to get back and stay here again.
