I really loved that the place has a kitchenette and furnished with plates/cookingware/cutlery! This was a pleasant surprise to us. We were able to cook our own meals especially since Aldi was right next to the hotel. The room is very spacious, modern, and clean; the hotel is very accessible from historic center of Bern - it's only about a 10-minute bus ride and the bus comes every 10 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Because there were no rugs on the floor, you could hear the woman above us walking down the hall in her high heels. However, we really didn’t hear anything else.

There was no food offered, but there was a kitchen, a large bathroom with great water pressure! Also, many electrical outlets, a screen to cover the window, and access to laundry facilities that had a nominal cost. That saved us from going to find a laundromat. Unique and new way to check in, using a kiosk, not a live person.

What’s most unacceptable is that the room is very stuffy cus there’s no A/C in it. The hotel is new and thus there’s pungent smells of painting. my throat became sore within 2 hours after I stayed in the room. When I tried to breathe some fresh air by opening the window/door (it’s on first floor), there’s weird sounds made by a crazy guy. I don’t know if he’s a homeless, crazy man, or a guest. I don’t feel safe to open the door/window at all. The sound proof is terrible too. There’s a door to the next room inside the room. I can hear footsteps from above too. You can hear noises from the aisle too. The aisle is very stuffy and with pungent smells too, even worse than the room. The location of the hotel is awful too. It’s far away from city center and right next to a factory. The factory below is right next to the rooms of the hotel. The service of the staff of this hotel is zero because you can’t see any of them at all. It’s self check and there’s no front desk or anyone you can ask questions to. I can’t borrow a converter either. About three hours after check in, I booked another hotel in the city center and left. I asked the hotel to refund the money for the second night because I booked two nights from it but it refused by saying that it’s not refundable. They told me there’s nothing wrong with the room. I guess that’s because all the rooms are basically in the same condition and they are already used to it. In a word, as long as you want to live in a cozy and healthy place, DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL! It’s a lesson that cost me about $270.

Unfortunately we stayed only one night in this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect it’s very easy to find it. The transport is great from the city centre Aldi is nearby.The staff at the reception was very helpful and very nice.When we come back to Bern we will stay here for sure.

The only thing I will add I was expecting the rooms to be a little bigger than what they were with a kitchen however it wouldn't stop us from staying there again. Also the room was warm even with the heating off in December, some may prefer it this way but could be a little uncomfy when going to bed.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was a great base for us to return back to every evening after being out and about travelling. As part of our stay also we had a free Bern bus travel pass which allowed us to travel to the hotel from the city centre on the 101 bus very easily as they run every 15 minutes. The cleaners were fab, even down to the point of cleaning our used dishes in our room (which we would have never expected considering it was our mess to clean up). We tend to travel and try to keep accommodation on a budget so we can enjoy more local cuisines and excursions so this place really came into budget and allowed us to save a lot more money by having the ability to cook our own food in the comfort of our own room. The overall stay even though it's Switzerland and you expect things to be expensive this place really is affordable, very clean and the staff are very welcoming too!

room service, they don’t clean the room and they didn’t change the towels. I have tried several times to ask for the clean service at the reception but they didn’t solve the issue. they simply said that tue cleaning service is managed by external team. it is not a professional way to answer to a client, I paid for a service and it was not satisfied.

- a bit far from the city centre - industrial area; not many things to do around the hotel - no restaurant on-site but we managed to prepare breakfast in our room and eat out or order the other meals

We had an awesome time here! - new, well-equipped hotel - rooms with fully functional kitchenette - pet friendly - laundromat on site - large underground garage - super easy check in/ check out process, no staff involved - Starbucks and Nespresso coffee machines in the lobby - Aldi supermarket just around the corner - great staff, everyone from cleaning and maintenance to management staff were always friendly and willing to help

Everything was amazing. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was large and comfortable. The staff were so nice and welcoming finding a room for us to check in a bit early. And even though it's a bit outside the city centre there is a bus stop right out front. Amazing hotel
