There was a bit of confusion with our keys - booked two rooms and only received on code for the key box, so we had to contact the hosts twice (but they were very friendly and sorted out our issue quickly). One of the panels in our shower was broken and another missing, which made for a very interesting shower.

You get what you pay for - we were not expecting miracles with this stay! It's perfectly acceptable if you want somewhere cheap to sleep and will spend the rest of your time out and about in Zurich. Much quieter than we expected. Rooms are clean

The glass wall of the bathroom compartment (that prevents the spreading out of water during a shower) is broken and needs to be replaced. The room BA-13 was on the side of sunshine and the temperature ranged around 35 degrees Celsius on the day we stayed. The atmosphere inside the room was very hot. It would be better if a potable stand fan was included as one of the facilities.

The room was dirty, the blinds, shower screen, and fridge were all broken. The self-check in didn't work so we had to wait for someone to come down and unlock the door for us. From what we were told this is a common issue

we were in june and it was very hot to sleep, no air conditioning. too less shampoos and shower gels (keep in mind if u dont bring something with yourself)

Pretty much what everyone else said - room smelled like old cigarettes, blind didnt work and roller came off in my hand - weird thing with the code for the key box that you have to register to recieve the code before arriving - and internet needing a phone code so if you dont register before arriving and have international phone you cant get the key instructions - but what really freaked me out was the doorbell kept ringing during the night but when I looked through the peephole into the hallway it was black. Haunted maybe? Room 43

Poor facilities. There wasn’t even glasses available for drinking water. Too expensive for the service provided.

The location was good, 12 mins ride from the main train station (Hauptbanhof). There are restaurants across the street.

The sliding doors in the shower aren’t secure. Could easily fall off & hurt someone. Pale yellow bed & sofa that are stained cos I guess fairly old. Hallway smelled bad & also stained carpet on places. It’s nice that they allow animals but I think when I was barefoot, an animal’s hair lodged itself into my foot (under the skin). Everything was a bit run down. chipped golden mirror that had white instead of gold on it.
