when we’re arrived like around 8 p.m we found two girls,not too kind and nice,but very efficent. we liked the mood of the hotel where you can meet,speak and enjoy your time,with your friends or family,but also you can know new people! We felt like home the other people at the reception very kind and funny, one of them that was only in the night,very attentive to details, kind in our every request and very friendly and helpful towards us,so thank you for everything the price was not cheap but for the centre of zürich is okay! services where very good and the hotel was clean and big

The only big negative was that our room faced the railway, and it was very loud, even with the window closed. It got quite hot in the room, they claim to be able to individually control the temperature of the room, but when asked they couldn’t guarantee it, so they gave us a fan, which was very nice.

The breakfast was good, the facilities as well as the rooms were very comfortable and modern, good comunal kitchen with everything you need if you want to do your own cooking. The train station is about a 5 minute walk.

The lockers are self-checked and there is no control over them, so we were a little afraid of leaving our things there. Anyone can take your bag, for instance. The beds were not the most comfortable ones, they are 80cm wide and the mattress is put over a rigid piece of wood. Some other guests were very noisy, so we woke up every day to noise from other rooms and corridors. Drinks at the bar, coffee, or food are expensive. It's Switzerland, but 4€ for a coffee from a machine is too much.

The breakfast was good, and the common areas are great as well but it's more like a hostel than a hotel. The private bathroom in our room was super clean and very spacious. There is a train station 3' walking from the hotel that can get you in 10' to the city center 24-7.

I travel often for work, and I stay in very boring hotels. This hotel was not boring at all. I loved sitting at the lobby area in the evening after I came back from work. I would watch the lobby tables with people eating the food they had prepared in the kitchen the hotel provides to guests. I saw dozens of millenials plugging multiple devices as they worked, played games, and chatted with each other. I sat next to a man of Rumanian man, we were both in our late 40s... and we both thought it was great to see such a lively lobby and bar area. Great concept!!!

Suggestions: 1. As per the size of the hotel the one more kitchen required.( As there was rush always) 2. In the room the water bottle, glass and coffee/tea making items should be there with an electric kettle. 3. Time should be 24 hr for check in or checkout... From 3 Pm to 11 AM is quite less ( it's for all hotels in Europe).

We liked: The kitchen and the front desk, reception The lively environment. The space in the reception area was great. Nearby the Zurich HB (4 stop far or 10 mins from HB with S4) Room was clean, beautifully decorated. The resturant cum bar was great The storage and laundry area also is very useful for guests

The view from the rooms is not great, but it is not very important in this kind of hotel.

Smart and kind staff, comfortable common room at the ground floor, good for study and work. The position is good because of the train station, which is 3 min. walk away.

In my 4 person shared room there were one bunk bed and two single beds right next to each other, on top of that there were no curtains so there's hardly any sense of privacy. Very weird choice for a dorm. Besides, the card used for opening door also needs to be in a special holder to turn on electricity so if it's someone's who leaves in the middle of the night you might be disappointed by the battery levels.

The hostel is close to a train station so in total it takes like 15mins to get to the central station. There's a big area for socialising downstairs and the check in and out are easy.

I stayed in a mixed 4-bed dorm and was the only woman (not ideal, but not a problem) and the beds (non-bunk bed) were very close to each other which didn't make me feel at ease (I could feel every movement of the man quite literally next to me). Could be improved.

Staff was great, facilities were wonderfully clean, and breakfast was well worth the price. Location is also very close to the train stop.

The hotel was in a wonderful location 3mns from the Train with the view of Greencity . So clean . Pantry is equipped with all essentials. The breakfast Area so colorful and spacious with a lovely music . Breakfast was nice with a lot of varieties. The Room was super new modern design and clean . I enjoyed my stay .

The hotel was somewhat far from the city center but the access was really easy with the train. You share a room, so many things can happen. The room could be bigger

Knowing that you share a room with X people, it was a good experience. The room had a big window that made it really sunny. It had mini lockers for everyone and place to hang some clothes. The bath was clean enough and had warm water for everyone. Also you have the opportunity to meet people.

Nothing to dislike really, but if I had to say one, it would be: We were three of us and expected a double bed and a single bed (or sofa bed) which is what it said in my booking, but instead got a four single bedroom option.

The size of the room and bathroom was great as well as the cleanliness. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast as well. Not a wide spread but still great and filling too.
