Pillows were terrible, I'd recommend them changing those out. The room was rather small but that's true of most hotels in Switzerland.

Excellent location, just off the Interlaken West train station. Breakfast was nice, nothing spectacular but several good options. The view from the hotel room of the mountains was great. The people at the reception, the owner and the other lady were very friendly and helpful. Felt good to be at their hotel.

An outstanding hotel! The rooms are just as beautiful as in the pictures - modern, spacious and comfortable. The location is top class, as is the breakfast. The welcome was also warm. All in all, a fantastic experience, highly recommended.

The location is superb! Just opposite to the interlaken west station and it’s near to coop and migros. The staff is very friendly and allowed us to do an early checkin. Our room came with breakfast and we like the breakfast!

Breakfast was great, and I wasn't expecting it, but the view from the hotel was incredible. Of course, thanks to the weather, we were able to see a clear view, but the location (just across the train station) and near the supermarket was perfect too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Hotel Merkur in the heart of Interlaken left a great impression. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, and the train station is just a few steps away. Nice hotel opposite the train station ( Interlaken west). Middle of the city but still a safe and nice location. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but had everything you might need for a short city break. Breakfast was delicious and included a wide range of everything one might wish. Prosecco was also available. Restaurant staff are super helpful and very sweet

No mini-fridge in the room (especially for the price) but I believe there’s a fridge at reception that can be used by guests, but never got around to asking. A double bed is just two singles pushed together, but still comfortable. The rooms are slightly outdated, mainly the bathroom, but with it being so clean it’s no problem.

Amazing hotel, fantastic location. Bus station and train station directly opposite. The hotel staff are amazing, super helpful and really friendly. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and the chef was a delight, so helpful. The cleaners always did a great job and the room was spotless. Overall we had a really great stay and would happily book again.
