I loved this property and my well appointed room with a small balcony but the bed was thin and lumpy. I will definitely stay here again but request an extra comforter or something.

Charming hotel, very art deco. Perfect location- 7 mins from the train station without feeling you are by a train station. You are given a pass for all metro and buses which was super convenient as Lausanne though compact and walkable is very hilly. Beautiful bar and restaurant on the premises.

If there is anything I would change is to change the two single beds into a queen bed instead.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mirabeau hotel in Lausanne, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely kind, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel restaurant deserves special mention as well—the food was exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The service was impeccable, and every meal felt like a five-star dining experience. However, the true highlight of my stay was Charlotte, the receptionist. Charlotte is an absolute gem—her professionalism, warmth, and efficiency truly set her apart. She greeted me with a radiant smile, answered every question I had with care and patience, and ensured that every aspect of my stay was seamless. Charlotte’s genuine enthusiasm for her work and her remarkable ability to make guests feel valued and special left a lasting impression on me. Thank you to everyone at Mirabeau for an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending this wonderful place to my friends and family!

This is just a suggestion but the room decoration could be a upgrade. But was not bad at all..it gave a bit of charm to the hotel.

The room service was excellent. Never had the chance to go for breakfast as we were always out or sleeping but the Lunch and Dinner are excellent. I felt that the price could be reviewed as it was a bit expensive but the taste was there.

The room was super big and suitable for a family like us (we booked a two-bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids). Breakfast was delicious and had enough choices. The staff were very kind and friendly, especially one of the front desk ladies helped me a lot.

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. Location was near the train and metro station. Town centre was a good 15 minute walk but you could use the metro instead. Free travel card for Lausanne was provided which was brilliant.

It's a very nice hotel situated near the train station. The room was comfortable, with coffee/tea/water facilities. I had a great view to the lake. It was also very warm which is very important on cold nights theses days. I also liked decor and breakfast. Fully recommended.

Good location, attractive building, really great balcony and view, such a comfortable room and bed, we wish we could have stayed longer! Parking nearby, quiet neighborhood. Lovely Art Deco decor and classic hospitality. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
